I’m excited to see what others players potentially may level up at the next Kagaribi if a bunch of players go to Japan again, I think Light and Tweek for example could potentially benefit heavily from a trip like that if they end up doing well.
If Smash ever did a Most Improved award Zomba deserves it. He's beaten Leo and Tweek back to back tournaments. He beat Spargo. He has overcame Shuton and Kameme who destroyed him multiple times previously. he also beat Sonix this year. Seriously impressive.
Iirc smashies awards are soon so maybe zomba will win

Never thought I’d see the day when I’m rooting for Zomba in this set since I like riddles a lot but the dude is just playing so clean and I support Kazuya in good conscience

Riddles has been relying too much on Kazuya's cheesy playstyle as a crutch. It feels like he's forgetting a bit of the fundamentals. I think going back to Terry might do him some good.

@@TheDasg2 That's because he's difficult. It's why I love him, he's like an actual fighting game character, you need to play super careful to get in, then once you get in, you need to capitalize or take at on of damage.

@@santiagoherrera1853that doesn’t really showcase anything about rob being degen, that was more Zomba schmixing riddles to the point where he really had very few other options to get back. A large portion of the cast could’ve abused Kazuya in that position just the same. That was Zomba’s incredible offstage pressure more than Rob.
@@johnbingham5693 I'm not doubting Zomba's skill, I think he's a really good player and that was a cool mixup.
But in general, I don't think ROB is more honest than Kazuya, especially when he can easily do things like that
