I have subscribed in hopes you bring more Sims 4 content. 🔹️The neighbours came with that fruitcake, when you hover over food, it tells you who prepared it. 🔹️The neighbours gave you red bars in the relationships with them because you did not introduce yourself. 🔹️When you sold the small TV stand, it placed your TV in your inventory, so you need to go in there to sell it. 🔹️Registering with the employment ministry or whatever they call it means you have to actively look for odd jobs and make money that way. 🔹️You can make money by picking fruits and vegetables from around the neighbourhood as well as gems and sell them for extra cash. 🔹️You can also go fishing by the river near your home and sell your fish. 🔹️The career you have chosen requires a computer which you need to purchase in build buy mode.
