    Did you make these canes? I like the adjustable heights on them. I’m looking to get some, but there are so many variations I’m not sure which is better for me. Flat vs slanted/angled, a single base or two separate canes, etc.

    You use your hand and elbow to blalance not so much your shoulder unless you are moving your body as a whole as you balance which is less eficient compared to using your elbow

      Jerade La Grange I mean you’re not quite correct here. It’s predominantly shoulder (specifically traps) and hand as I mentioned in this video.

    man here i am finally able to balance a handstand for a few seconds and now i hear im suppossed to balance from my shoulders... how does that even work >.

    • @anmax
      @anmax 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      shoulders forward if falling on belly, shoulders back if falling on your back, keep practicing and you will learn it

      hmm
      so do u mean:
      external rotation = fall on belly
      internal rotation = fall on back
      or is it shoulder prrotraction vs retraction?

      @@Rykiniafan1 Also don't worry if you get worse when trying this type of balance, eventually it all comes together, I got worse for like a month after learning this, but after that I could hold the handstand for way more time consistently

      aight bro thx for the help :)
      checking out handstand tutorials right now anyway so gonna add urs :D
      its just that ive been at it for ~6 months now and just yesterday i finally found a way to counter balance when im falling towards my belly so i could actually control my handstand and one day later im getting told that im doing it with the wrong muscles xD
      frustrating but hey maybe i figured out the basic idea and the rest doesnt take as long... one can dream
