I really love the built properties as compared to the recent many new projects that you review (always almost the same as very hard to imagine the building ID, material, exact location, facilities etc). Keep up on that and please do review more existing/ vped projects!
After so many years finally it's completed. And it does not disappoint the buyers! The facilitates and common area are very well done. I especially like the consistency of the design language, it's modern and it's my cup of tea. Sean should show more on the grand lobby. The traffic noises quite unbearable though, the siren...
Glad you like the landscape design, although the final design was different from what we have designed previously. But some of the essence from the original design is there like the pattern etc.

Can you do a review on the sentral residences? It's near sentral suites and am more keen on that one because of views, infinity pool and covered walkway to KL sentral, but not sure of its disadvantages
That area commercial lots isn't doing well. They may be fully taken up, but the biz isn't good. At least, at the NU SENTRAL. Is the office lot doing well?
Overall great Development 👍..Long corridors give flat like vibe...Theres a few small garden concepts beyond facility deck ... there are some empty spaces with just 2 vases and fake grass. Could have improved on that. Noise, traffic is challenge but u r in centre of town... hope long term the property managed well as showcase for MRCB brand...
Hmm google maps location is kinda confusing. It says no airbnb/short stay in its description? And there is another one with the name The sentral residences kl Sentral. Could there be a mixed up?

Actually can still opt for Airbnb. But some of the owners complain that the guests /Airbnb operators do not keep the facilities well. In fact some of the facilities are spoilt because of them. Which the owners are proposing to ban short term stays but yet to obtain majority counts
The majorities of landlord are the management people themself. So goodluck for airbnb trying to force their way in. Then also even exiting from building also need to use access card. On top of that, good luck trying to apply for 3rd or 4th access card, it’s impossible, they said out of stock for half a year alrdy lol. Anyway, i will not recommend anyone doing airbnb here. The management will definitely try to stop you. Even the pool they restricts now lol Lift spoil, pool spoilt or anything spoil, management will definitely blame “airbnb usage”

@theauthor3259 MRCB is incompetent. Us, residents of Sentral Suites have been filing the same defects caused by structural issue and it just does not get fixed. We are not at all satisfied with MRCB and Country Annexe. The developer also made the mistake of selling its retail lots so we don't have a diverse tenant mix. MRCB should have held onto it and select the tenants, like what any other smart developer would do.

I was part of the landscape consultant team. The design was initiated in 2014.

The residential unit ppl are just moving in...will it not take time for retail to set up then catch up?
In fact, the selling price remain the same as per 2nd or 3rd phase of launching 4 years ago after you factor in your progressive interest

airbnb is banned by the management ... few airbnb guest caught in a difficult situation.
