    Hi guys! I just wanted to say how much I love your videos! I really appreciate the time and effort you have spent showing the world the beauty of Sicily. I am planning a trip to Sicily, hopefully within the next year. I want to take my father back to his Mediterranean roots, and show him where his family came from. I have never been myself, but your videos have been very helpful guides to plan an itinerary. I was curious if you had any recommendations of places (or cautions) for traveling with kids. We will bring my two sons with us of course, as we’d travel as a family. They are 9 and 3. Thanks for any input!! Keep up the great work 😊

    In total accord, Palermo is an amazing destination. The day we visited the city there was a wedding in the Cathedral so we missed the interior, but got into some pictures and drone videos of the wedding party!

    I’m getting inspired by your videos planning my trip to Sicily! Great tips on your videos and so easy to follow! My question is, which month would you advice to travel to Sicily? Not interested in spending time on the beaches but rather visiting towns & villages around Sicily, not in crowded seasons either, other question, would it be doable visiting Sicily without a car? 🙏😍

    • @TheGlobalExpats
      @TheGlobalExpats  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thank you so much Evy, we’re so happy you are finding our videos helpful! 🥰 We really enjoy June & September / early October in Sicily. And yes it is doable to see Sicily without a car, as the trains are easy to use and can take you all around the island! In the Trapani area a car would be better, but other than that you can get to all the major cities by trains for sure! 🤗🇮🇹

    Just to let you know… I don’t speak Italian but I’m pretty sure whichever man speaking at 1.26 was hitting on you…really creepily…in front of your husband… whilst your wedding ring was clearly visible i.e. the word ‘Bella’ at the end which means pretty for a woman and so far as I’m aware, could not have been used in the context of food. Ahhhh good old fashioned Italian chauvinism - did you encounter much of that?

    • @Dante3025

    • @sophielorber4571
      @sophielorber4571 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yeah lucky I speak italian. The man simply said "beautiful, you like the taste?" It's common practice to call people in italy bella or bello if you dont know their names.
      I'm curious though: what does her husband or her wedding ring have to do with it? Should women not be allowed to interact with other men when their husband is nearby? You sound like an absolute sexist asshole.
