    Ryan cannot cease to amaze me. Being always aware of the tiniest bits of his body, knowing EXACTLY the positions, the angles, the stress level - this is mind power, people. Being impressively huge is one thing, many people can do it - but this level of body-awareness and control is freaking sorcery.

Alot of people TALK about mind body connection, Ryan explains it and Shows how to accomplish it on every exercise. After over 50 years of Training, even training others and opening and closing a gym.     I want to see videos on shoulder mobility please. I had surgery in June of 2019 and still lack flexibility. All your exercises on spot on. Great video, great editing, and amazing content. As a person trainer I appreciate channels like yours 🙏🏽

    Hi!! Love your video and your infos...it s very different and helpfull. I want To know your scedule, so your workout routine. So you do Deadlift, sumo deadlift, glute /quad/ham in different days and also arm day and we have chest, shoulder back....and we have 7 days in week 🙃 Personnaly I can not do everything in 1 week because I m so sore after a deadlift session for exemple and some times ,my back day come 9days after because I do lot of leg s session ,3 times a week. I m a fitness trainer and competitor too and İ try lot of work programme but I didnt find the right way yet. So I want To ask you how you menage your programme .....thank you love you and thank you again 🙂

    I remember you sayin you hit chest, back, shoulders, legs, and arms on separate days with a little abs and calves sprinkled in. but do you only hit specific parts of the leg on your leg days or are you still hitting quads, hams, calves, and glutes all together?

    Been pushing iron for about 6 months. Growing but also having alot of pain. Not as much as muscle pain more of neck hurting one then that gets better and my lower back starts hurting and then while that's going on I have,a rib pop out in the middle of the night. I am stretching pretty good. So I'm not sure what's happening. This does not seem normal but my friends say it good. What is your take.
