It went into the fridge a little pourable, and came out semi-solid, until stirred. Then it looked just like the canned condensed milk.
You contaminated your milk by putting you spoon you tasted from in the jars. Your Salvia on the spoon digests the milk. That is why you don't feed a baby from the jar. Basic hygiene. I wouldn't eat at your house. It is thin because your Salvia decomposed it.

Maybe so. There are a lot of recipes out there. I did not try them all. Maybe your recipe is the best!
