Have/had mine for 4 month dont believe most of the sales hype it does not get the milage they claim Just did 240 km in charge mode and only got 37 km of electric charge. Cant wait to get rid of this lemon
Michael, the "Charge Mode" is not meant to be used for "regular" driving. It's strictly meant to allow you to put some charge in a near dead battery so you can run a short distance in EV Mode if that's required. If you are not plugging in the car at night (or whenever), try setting the thing to the Hybrid Mode. Pretty sure you'll see a big increase in Km's returned. We've had our 24 Prime for almost two months now and nearly half the "free" dealer gas is still in the tank. Depends on which one of us drives ours in EV Mode when it comes to the electric only range. Me, I can get 80Km on one charge, my wife, 60Km. She's always driven like a savage. Gas here runs almost $7.00 CAD for a US gallon. So, if the Prime gets a 4.5 litre per 100Km distance that's about $6.50'ish to drive 80Km. But, to charge the battery (for the same distance), it only costs us about $1.80.
