tbh i dont believe what youre saying. I understand the media money may have been better but as someone that had his dreams shattered by injury after injury between college then semi pro, i would have given up my 200k a year job for 50k to play pro ball, yes even xfl. if i can play db for the final 4 games of my season with a torn acl for $500 a week i already know either you didnt have the passion anymore or you were scared.
Okay but this is brilliantly presented. It's thorough but succinct, objective but thoughtful; I know this only just got uploaded, but I really hope you gain more traction. Great stuff🤘
Kurt is insanely smart when it came to recognizing plays and executing down field, there’s a reason Aaron Rodgers loved him on the team when he was there
Listen we fucking love Kurt - every video I have seen of him slinging it he looks like an nfl qb. He’ll always be a what if cause he never got a real shot. Regardless Kurt has more real fans now than any back up qb in the league and he’s away from the nfl but he’s amazing for football - the kid is where he should be head of the DimeLab
Sucks that Kurt’s time at CCHS is glossed over. He was a Junior when I was a freshman at Cape High. I remember going to summer workouts with my older brother who played d-line, but I also remember Kurt being such a motivating, but also down to earth dude. He really pushed me that year to be better. Sucks he had to transfer, but in retrospect I understand why he did that
I always wondered what if they kept him over Josh Johnson on SF practice squad. He would have been potentially playing in the NFCCG, maybe SB - maybe winning SB.
One of the dumbest things the falcons ever did was let this guy go to the packers. They suffered through 2 years of Mariota and Ridder because of it. Such is such with FO changes in the league especially when they make the mistake in only wanting their own guys while letting serious skill leave the building. After watching Matt Ryan his whole career you could see Benkerts skill and potential very easily as soon as he stepped on the field.
I'm sure I could find info on it elsewhere, but I'll at least ask here and hopefully someone might be able to fill me in. Something you just kind of touched on before moving on, Kurt being cut from Green Bay. What exactly was Matt LaFleur's problem? Just that one of his players was streaming some gaming content on his own time? Maybe there's some element to it that I'm missing, one that makes LaFleur's response to it make sense or that justifies it to some degree, like it being against some kind of team rule or something, unfavorable PR of some kind, or something else of which I'm unaware. But having no idea what that factor might be, if indeed there actually is one, it just seems to me like a ridiculous thing to take issue with, to any extent really, but especially to the point that you end up cutting a player because of it. So what was his problem?
Great video. Great production value. Big tip: move your speech more forward in your mouth and pay attention to how you end your phrases. About 75% of your phrases end with a breathy pitch up inflection taking the words back into your mouth. It's quite distracting.

Thanks man, Kurt rocks
My sons and I were at the preseason game when Benkert tore it up on the Jets. We have been fans since.
you witnessed history!
Didn't know he was from Baltimore. Thats awesome. Also a tattoo shop in Baltimore in the 90s is pretty wild.
i can only imagine...
Extremely Dope episode. 🫡
KB is A Soldier
Kurt is very resilient, that's why he's so successful.
I have even more respect for the man now!

Very interesting journey.
One thing no one can argue is, “he made his own luck.”
That onion has many layers…. Luckily most are good.

You know I will!
You crushed it Tyler
As a packer fan I love Kurt wished he could’ve been a backup here 🥺
This was cool. I was surprised that he voluntarily left the NFL for his social media career, but it makes sense with the way you explained it.
Great video. I’m a life long Packers fav and I’ve never heard of this dude.
Until now!
Fact
kurt is such a cool guy. like & sub earned tyler, i look forward for more to come!
another banger!! i had no clue who this man even was but his story is very interesting!!
Thanks man! I appreciate your support on all of these videos!
What an incredible channel man...
thank you so much! more coming
Arthur Smith gave him no chance and Kurt had been looking good in the preseason for a couple years in a row.
I always wondered what if they kept him over Josh Johnson on SF practice squad. He would have been potentially playing in the NFCCG, maybe SB - maybe winning SB.
Imagine if the 49ers had picked him to start over Purdy.
Literally, I think he could have been him
Maryland is all about football
Good content 🙏
found this on twitter. Great video
let's go! Welcome
2018 draft had 5 first round QBs baker Sam josh Rosen Josh Allen Lamar
that's what I meant

Kurt is such a cool guy!
He is a 47 in madden with a 80 on throwing power lmao they did him dirty

It's amazing that he was hurt by his gunslinger mentality and that's also his weakness in Madden. 😂
Bring him back to the falcons #riseup
Might as well, doing a bunch of other silly stuff with that position.
@@cmbells7736 that Penix pick ain’t looking to bad with the nfl about to wham us for cousins 😆
What a cool story. GPG
So is he legit making more money, doing what he does now, than when he was playing football?!?
legit

Agreed--great video and production value, but WAY too breathy and weird inflection on endings of 75% of phrases.
