ugh i have always been obsessed with my body trying to lose wieght and working out i stopped goin got gyl recently after i gotten so much stronger and lift heavier never thought in my life that i'd see myself gaining weight i've always only just triedd to lose weight ot maintain it so gaining more visibile weight is terrifying to me i decided to start doing pilates at home now and just try to love and understand my body , this felt so challenging but half way thrugh the workout i felt betterrr thank youuu
I will be frank, I was sceptical to do this workout. Usually lazy girl workouts make me feel like I wasted my time because even tho I'm tired, they don't make me feel anything but this one was very good! It was just as much as I needed and I even had to push myself a bit cos the abs where a bit hard but it felt good after. I love that you cheer us and gave affirmations. Thank you!

Your words actually made such a difference, especialy for everyone who´s had a hard day but still wanted to be active. I have PMDD and while it's pretty hard for the affirmations to reach me, hard for me to "let it all go" in my depression, this workout felt great and I feel like I accomplished something without it being too taxing on my body. I'm normally physically strong individual, but the PMDD fatigue really saps the energy from my body, so thank you for creating this workout I can do and feel good about even in this state ❤
