During my gap year I visited a tribe of dishwashers in a remote part of South Asia; the songs of their people were breathtaking, though very rarely sung to outsiders. To have a one lone dishwasher spontaneously sing to you is a *great* honour, Nick.
Nick, the Princess F50 used to be used to be my "dream yacht"...but now I have to say this Riviera has surpassed that in virtually every way. What a fantastic vessel. Thanks as always for an excellent tour!
No teak on the outside walkways, very easy to just wash down and a hell of a lot less maintenace . This is what you call a pocket rocket. Love it. Thanks for the video.
Rivieras have really grown on me. Just impressive what they do. Love the interior stairs to the fly bridge/helm. Wherever you put them, you lose room for something else. This is a great compromise since you lose very little space/storage here. Thanks again, Nick, for a great tour.
Oh my goodness, what a treat !! I got excited when you said the name !! I think Riviera could make canoes and I would love them !! One small thing is that owners wardrobe, needs a little more TLC or something. But hey, it's a fishing boat, who cares !! Still my favorite manufacturer !! Thank you Nick !!
I’m glad you’re able to get some Rivieras on the channel. I can confidently say after watching almost every Aquaholic video, if I ever won the lottery or was fortunate enough this would be exactly what I want. They do a nice job and I’ve long admired this line of yachts. As always, an excellent tour Nick!
Riviera builds one hell of a boat!! Thing is like a tardis inside, couldn't believe how much room there was on a 50' planing boat. I really like the internal stairs as well, looks beautiful and you really didn't lose that much room the way they did it. Plus they seem REALLY well built, saw the tour of their factory on the sea wench's channel(I jest:) and was pretty well blown away. Cool to see a transparent company and how they made the fiberglass hulls.
Hi Nick, At first when you see this yacht from the side it looks almost the same as your show from last sunday, Bit this time its a nice Riviera 50 Sports Motor Yacht yes you can also fish on this one but from the inside much more light from all those windows 3 cabins below with 2 heads looks very nice and the bridge on the fly bridge great Thanks Nick a great start of this new week ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Maggie!!! 1:45 She's hard to see but she's there! (2:03 and 2:44 if you're having trouble) 13:24 "sulking" Rocket Launchers 1:41 🤣 "The Aquaholic Wave" 7:20 A "Gettatable" Been a while Nick lol 12:56 I love the ones that are different. Helm up top only is neat! Thanks Nick
I was pretty disappointed and unimpressed that it was only a 3 cabin layout. Then you reminded us again that its a 50 foot boat... I had totally forgotten as you made your way through. That is an astonishing amount of space for such a 'small' boat if that makes sense. Fantastic work Riviera, thats an amazing piece of design.
Wow, a 50 foot, 3 decker speed machine 😀Lovely dark wood, 3 cabins and a somewhat tall forehead😊But you don't see the forehead when your on the boat😁 Thanks for another soul balming tour Nick😃
I really like the practicality of this yacht and the clever thought that went into its design, it's very nice. 👌Thanks for sharing, take care and Cheers!
She certainly is a little surprise. Incredible amount of room for her size. I wonder if this will lead to other manufactures doing the same now. Be interesting ti see. As always thank you so much for taking us on a tour of her Nick
Hi Nick, it’s a Toucan not a cockatoo! You need to learn more about cuddly toy creatures. Lol😂 Being serious for a min. Love your reviews. Missing my boating these days after selling the Birchwood TS57, a fabulous boat. Can you do some reviews of older motorboats maybe like the Birchwood or my previous boat a SEARAY 32’ Perchanga powerboat.
We were on our friends boat on Good Friday off Palm Beach and this exact Riviera was anchored about 30m from our 18ft bow rider lol ….it was stunning in person and had an awesome paint scheme too !
Very nice 50ft express cruiser, very nicely thought out for the owner operator who does some of their own maintenance. Some of that class it takes a 18 year old contortionist to do the simplest of chores. The IPS drives with remote stations makes for comfortable handling in marinas without the need for a main deck helm with side doors.
Thats a lovely boat Nick. The standard of finish on the woodwork is brilliant. Semi or Fulll gloss? A tough choice, semi gloss if you intend keeping the boat for a long time as it would probably wear better. Some sea trials would be the icing on the cake. For you more than us viewers. 😄
Hey Nick.. The boat that you showcased is the same as my Riv 445SUV, what you showcased is exacltly the same quality, fitout and blue water cruising. The qualtiy in AUS with RIV.. is not the same within any other brand... And The ability to to take these cruisers through BASS Strait and back is definately unmatched!! i can contest to this! These boat stand alone!
Riviera do design very nice boats that stand the test of time. Sleek lines with that nice ‘looking fast sitting still’ appeal. When you opened the sliding door and went in to the helm-less interior, I was struck by the airiness and light ambience (yes, I said ambience!!😬), from the size of the windows. Very nice comfortable boat all round and will make a great addition to anyone’s boating life!! Thanks for the tour Nick.
Hey Nick, there are a bunch of us that are always thinking about heating versus air-conditioning when you mention it! Another great review. These Riviera boats would be perfect for the Pacific Northwest too! Flippin’ Aussies who would have guessed?
That looks better 'kitted out' than many larger ships we've seen in the past.Thank you.Now I have to check last night's #'s and see if I'm a 1/2 Billionaire ;)
Hi Nick your videos they are professional and very interesting. Thank you and keep it going. One question is as a go pro user I would love to know what settings you use?Your image quality is great inside and outdoors which can be a challenge for a go pro. Thanks again…
3:48 - it's brought a smile to see the brand "Fisher & Paykel" on the dishwasher.... an iconic New Zealand company! Once upon a time virtually every household in NZ (long before mass importing when you had locally made things) had at least one appliance made by them! In days gone by they were considered the best of their product segment... alas, since having been bought up by Haier the brand has lost a lot of respect in terms of quality and longevity... Still... rather neat to see such an iconic Kiwi name on this vessel!
Nice boat by Riviera as usual. Lots of volume for 50footer. My concern for the upper helm is no easy access to the dock from that location although as you pointed out it does have a stern to joy stick etc. Nice review as usual Nick.👍🇨🇦🙏
FIFTY feet... really? Built by oragami artists - intriguing and good looking as well. Dare I add practical? But it is. Thanks for the making the yacht, Riviera, and Nick.
A Doctor Who boat, he'd be at home here, its a Tradis of a boat. Well planned living areas with nice decor. She looks comfortable and safe. The type of boat for lazy days, cruising, fishing, as family boat or a charter boat for fishing weekends or day trips. Nice.
Hi Nick thank you so much this was great.!! It seems to me that Riviera and Marex have similar DNA. A collaboration could be cool Didn’t work out for Princess and Viking but……
"Singing the song of his people" 😂 where do you come up with this stuff?! Nick thank you so much for putting a smile on my face this morning very much appreciated!! Cheers from 9000' feet above sea level in Colorado ❄️
Its a Riviera, perfect as always. What a space and a great live aboard. I dont like the outside view, as in, its seems realy high for the line of the boat. Proberbly just me. Thank you sir! Great tour.
I was sort of half paying attention to this and thought that the first cabin you went into was the master cabin. I had to re watch it to work out how there was enough space down there for both those cabins.
Lovely little Wave! Very consistent internal details across this Riviera range. Looks almost exactly like the 505 SUV you took us round recently, even down to the Laundry Of My Dreams. I'm just not a fan of the appearance, as it looks like a floating apartment block! I also wonder if solar panels are an option...?
Just incase you haven't been told enough times, it's a Toucan! 🤣 But seriously, in my opinion, that's an ugly boat. I have never taken to the flybridge option and I initially thought this had a double flybridge it goes up so high! This must be almost as tall as it is long. Not my cup of tea but a great tour as ever Nick. Though you obviously don't get down Paignton Zoo very often 🤔
If you gave the build year Nick, I missed it. Very nice boat below in the accommodations and on the main deck. The upper deck/wheelhouse is a little too quirky for my tastes. I prefer an open deck space over the cockpit to enjoy the rear views when the ship's running. I wonder if it's more difficult and takes longer to get near your asking price when selling a boat that has been customized a bit outside the box by the owner. This is a sport fishing/luxury cruising hybrid that looks a bit like the owner said "I want this but I also want this...and put this over here and put that little thing over there etc. etc. etc." But who am I to criticize the luxury tastes of someone who can afford a $2,000,000 yacht!!!
these rivs are offshore beasts and somehow the aussis seem to be able to tease an additional 100 or so extra cruising miles out of their boats as compared to the average european boat. rally functional and ready for rough use.
During my gap year I visited a tribe of dishwashers in a remote part of South Asia; the songs of their people were breathtaking, though very rarely sung to outsiders. To have a one lone dishwasher spontaneously sing to you is a *great* honour, Nick.
I knew it! 😄
Nick, the Princess F50 used to be used to be my "dream yacht"...but now I have to say this Riviera has surpassed that in virtually every way. What a fantastic vessel. Thanks as always for an excellent tour!
I'm glad that you enjoyed it 🙂
Me too!! Rivieras are so nice, I like the 68 footer.
Us Aussies love our Riviera's. Great boat, great space, and great video. 👍 🇦🇺 😊
I'm glad that you enjoyed it 🙂
No teak on the outside walkways, very easy to just wash down and a hell of a lot less maintenace . This is what you call a pocket rocket. Love it. Thanks for the video.

Riviera make a great yacht. The build quality and sea keeping abilities are top.
Thank you!
That's an absolute sweetie. Lovely finish and very practical. Really like this one for a smaller yacht.
That's so much for a 50 foot boat and it's beautiful
Riviera builds one hell of a boat!! Thing is like a tardis inside, couldn't believe how much room there was on a 50' planing boat. Nice to hear, "singing the song of its people" again, it's been a while. Great tour as always, thank you.
I'm glad that you enjoyed it 🙂
I spit my drink out on that one!@@AQUAHOLIC
Nice yacht, what impressed me is the engine room. Spacious. You can get to everything. And not having to crawl around.
Very nice, so much space. I love the owners cabin!

That walk-in wardrobe looks like it would almost be big enough for a fourth cabin.
That is a lot of boat for a 50 footer! Thanks for the look Nick. Amazing as usual.
Wow, a 50 foot, 3 decker speed machine 😀Lovely dark wood, 3 cabins and a somewhat tall forehead😊But you don't see the forehead when your on the boat😁 Thanks for another soul balming tour Nick😃
Glad you enjoyed it! 😃
Good afternoon Nick, another great video. By the way, the cockatoo is a Toucan 😂.
TOU CAN play at that game 😂😂
Dammit! 🤦🏻♂️
I really like the practicality of this yacht and the clever thought that went into its design, it's very nice. 👌Thanks for sharing, take care and Cheers!
Our pleasure!
Great, great tour! Thanks a lot for shared this stunning yacht with us! I wish you have a great day!
Thank you! You too!
Wow, massive spec for a small boat, top viewing 👌
She certainly is a little surprise. Incredible amount of room for her size. I wonder if this will lead to other manufactures doing the same now. Be interesting ti see. As always thank you so much for taking us on a tour of her Nick
I'm glad that you enjoyed it 🙂
Cheers ! Another cracking tour. Just one small detail I'd quibble with, my money would be on a Toucan rather than a Cockatoo in the soft toy stakes.
I'm not an expert... 😳
Beautiful Aussie quality! yay us! 🙂I love the beautiful woodwork, layout and space!
Hi Nick, it’s a Toucan not a cockatoo! You need to learn more about cuddly toy creatures. Lol😂 Being serious for a min. Love your reviews. Loved those Pachanga Sea Rays back in the day! Always wanted a 27 with twin 330hp V8s
Wow...what a great boat! They pack a lot into this one. Thanks for the tour Nick!
You're very welcome! 🙂
Riviera certainly makes a beautiful yacht!
The designers are getting very clever now how thay manage to put so much in to so little space that's very well done for a 50 footer
That is a cool boat. A lot of thought must have gone into all of the details. Thanks for the video as always. Appreciated.
Thanks Nick. Love Riviera!
Love this boat, It has everything you could ever want or need. Fantastic, just like your videos Nick.
You're very kind! 🙂
Definitely a lot of real estate for the money, nice layout and well equipped. Great tour Nick thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it 🙂
We were on our friends boat on Good Friday off Palm Beach and this exact Riviera was anchored about 30m from our 18ft bow rider lol ….it was stunning in person and had an awesome paint scheme too !
Fantastic!
Thanks Nick, I think you’ve just found me my boat. (Just need to win the lottery now).
🤞
This is a well designed beauty!
Best use of 50ft on a boat i've seen. Good job, Riviera!
Great tour Nick 👍
Thank you very much!

Great review of another wonderful Riviera. Personally I prefer the SUV range, but they all make an amazing use of the space.
Cute toucan too 😆
Another wonderful tour ! Thanks Nick ❤

Yep, and why is Lou always in the bathroom?
I love this ❤. Riv are my favourite
Love this! Great space for memorable weekends! Docking in windy conditions a little scary perhaps?
Mate If I'll win the Powerball, ill get you a yacht exactly like this just to show you how much I appreciate your Videos.

24 or 25 FPS and the hertz set appropriate to the country.
I love that boat. That would be the one for me every thing is right about it.
"These are not rocket launchers …" Thanks for the clarification. I was wondering about those. 🤣
Always pleased to help 🙂

The Riviera range of boats is awesome

Thank you Nick

Great looking boat

This is quite a nice boat interior. Not a big fan of the top floor, from the outside perspective. thx, Nick!
i think among this size of yachts are the best for one man to sail

Riveria are made locally to us, great machines, although Maritimo (also local) are my preference. Solid like Riveria, but more stylish.
You are the Mr Rogers of yachting.
Riviera does beautiful work. I’d imagine they only build to order-no?
like it, singing the song of its people
Boat designers are secretly magicians. This is a proper TARDIS!
