    Junk! I'd love to see one or some of these companies just go right out of business! These sensors and new machines being released with so many stupid issues is out of hand! Its disgusting

    Many of these sensors are not for you. But to protect the company. Consider this, older equipment, always reliable, less issues. Mostly due to the lack of sensors.

    Excellent vid! Just had fault code: Left Swash Plate Commanded Position Not Reachable (C10C5-77) go off on a T76 an hour ago. Popped the cabin, unplugged sensor and loaded it up. Off to Bobcat dealer for warranty fix.

    The bucket angle code is most likely your harness being unplugged behind the left side of the tail gate, one of your operators damaged it, or they activated it as a feature in error at the factory (if not equipped)

    It is advisable to perform a drive calibration after replacing drive system parts. The drive controller needs to learn the new part.

      Can you manually recalibrate foot pedals on s66? Without dealer coming out

    • @tinker0000
      @tinker0000 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you are installing new pedals, there aren't any calibration steps... just plug and go. The spool actuators are what's calibrated, this is a dealer laptop function only. You can adjust sensitivity and speed of the workgroup in the menus.

    So your last fix for my swashplayes worked great. Seems maintenance wasn’t to high on the previous owners list. I have this 770, it idles at 1300 rpms. It’s a lot higher than my old a320 and I’m figuring that’s why it’s so snappy. Is this normal? Do I just need to get used to it?

  • @alexhill4014
    @alexhill4014 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

    I’ve got a a770, it’s throwing up both right and left swash plate sensor high out of range. Causes the machine to cut off every few minutes. Do you think it’s likely that both sensors are bad or in your experience is it more likely to be wiring or something else? I’m at a dead end, just trying to get your opinion. Thanks!

  • @c165vin

    Just another issue with the "r" series machine. I think I'll stay with my old reliable "g" series that I have had for 22 years. Just service and grease and change your belts and watch them go. I'm sorry but I think Bobcat needs some more time to work the bugs out. There really expensive for the headaches.

    • @tetradgroup
      @tetradgroup  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It's usually the sensor on the r-series machines. There is a calibration procedure but wait until you replace the sensor to calibrate

    • @tetradgroup
      @tetradgroup  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @85oldsmobuick99 you will need the service manual for the procedure. Just go ahead and plan on replacing sensor. If you unplug it you will be able to drive the machine if you need to

    • @85oldsmobuick99
      @85oldsmobuick99 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Replaced the sensor and good to go! Was somewhat of a pain to get to as it had plastic tray/wiring harness bolted right over the lower screw. Left (rear) sensor would be much worse. Only 600 hrs on machine- Still had that new-skidsteer smell@@tetradgroup

    Can you please show a video of you or how to change the left side, if your sitting in the machine left side swash plate sensor in a m series, please, really don't want to pull the motor out

    • @tetradgroup
      @tetradgroup  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Depends on the machine but usually you can pull the engine mounts and raise up the pumps enough to get your hands underneath and swap the sensor. With that being said is very rare an actual sensor on an M series is the actual problem.

    • @MrColeslaw420
      @MrColeslaw420 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yea, I haven't seen one go out on a m yet but it's the left side, it's spiking voltage just sitting still as soon as you push the green button, unplugged both sensors and switch plugs the problem jums to the right side, pretty sure that's the sensor, im hoping

      Anytime you replace a drive component, a drive calibration should be done. The Drive controller will need to learn about the new part. However, the machine may still operate without one.

    • @tetradgroup
      @tetradgroup  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The ccause is the spring in pedal rubs on bushing and gets out of adjustment, new pedals have updated design. Hopefully you still have warranty? You could try to slightly move pedals in one direction or the other the get the machine to unlock but the pedal will need to be replaced
