Was a cheese lover growing up. After going vegetarian it largely became a meat replacement. The digestive issues that followed were painful and caused bloating. Going fully plant based quickly reversed those symptoms. It’s been almost a decade on plants, and the results continue to improve.

Sorry but you are mistaken. I just looked it up because I wanted to know if this was true.
    "The digestive process of cheese
When you eat cheese, it enters your mouth and gets chewed up and mixed with saliva. From there, it travels down the esophagus and into the stomach. In the stomach, cheese gets broken down further by stomach acids and digestive enzymes. This process usually takes around 1-2 hours.
After the stomach, cheese moves into the small intestine, where most of the nutrients are absorbed. Fats, proteins, and carbohydrates from the cheese get broken down by intestinal enzymes like lactase and absorbed through the intestinal wall. The digestion time in the small intestine can take 2-6 hours depending on the individual.
Whatever remains of the cheese then moves into the large intestine (colon), along with other undigested material. Here is where more water gets absorbed, leaving behind the solid waste products. The large intestine usually takes around 24-72 hours to complete its job of re-absorbing fluid and forming stool to be excreted.
The entire journey from mouth to anus for cheese is estimated to take between 24-78 hours on average. However, some cheeses move through faster than others."

agreed and not trying to be rude but it sounds more like describing swallowing gum. each persons body is different. if your belly is just on plant you may not have all the correct enzymes to process cheese and meat. if you were never fed it when little then your body never adapted to that. which is fine if you really don't want to but I really wouldn't advise people so to say "if you want to be healthier" do abc. we don't all fit in the same category and scripture does say to not go after one who eats this or that and don't hinder them for their beliefs if they're not hindering yours so kindly remember to be open minded. :)

@@Christina_the_Astonishing The point is the cheese is working on the body absorbing nutrients the entire time it is in the digestive tract where an apple as a whole will not benefit in the same way especially if it not chewed to its max.

Everyone is made up differently. Cheese might not be good since it has cholesterol in it. Some people may react to cheese, while others may not. Be careful about making inclusive , blanket statements . The steroids and chemicals they give to animals these days goes into the milk and cheese, which is not good.

No, the word porneia in the original text, which is rendered as fornication in the KJV, also means that one eats things only for pleasure, which one does not need.
1Cor 6:18-20: "Flee fornication(porneia). Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication(porneia) sinneth against his own body. What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's."

I stick to my words a person has a free will in what they want to eat.I choose to eat meat & cheese my neighbor chooses to eat vegetables more power to them.Whatever a person eats has nothing to do with their salvation. If a person spends to much time at the table (overeats) it show's who he is serving his God or his belly.

You also need to know that there is stomach acid and it does not take that long to break down any single food! Your science on it is absolutely wrong. While I agree with not snacking between meals it does not take that long that's why diabetics have to eat every 3 hours or take insulin because every 3 hours your blood sugar goes down to fasting because essentially most of the food is out of your body.

I would encourage you to cut out cheese for 10 days; after that, please tell us how you feel here in the comment section.

I discovered Titus through Peter Santenello. Great stuff back then. Since then, I have followed Titus quite a bit. I don't think Stephanie Cain is helping him become a better man. I wish he would have avoided that whole situation, but I am not here to judge anyone. This cheese thing is my final straw though. this is just whacked out Bullcrap. I'm done with all of this drama. I hope you get back to your old self and I can continue to enjoy your videos. Until then, I will be praying for you.

Titus I really like your teachings usually but I'm going to disagree on this one! This just shows your young age and your homeschooling and no formal training. My husband is a natural Pathak doctor, yes we can't trust the government to educate us on what is healthy but he is a naturopathic doctor on top of a normal doctor, they have done major studies when people take cheese and milk out of their diet and their bones get brittle even if they have plants calcium instead, it's not enough! And in the Bible they drink goat's milk it is actually very healing, goats milk has cleared my rosacea completely and all of the information in my body!, I agree that meat should be eaten sparingly but raw goat milk and cheese is actually very very healthy. You are extremely skinny and you think you're healthy but you're really not you are frail and not hardy, I feel really bad for the cane children if they live with you because that is not a normal way to eat and I don't mean normal American I mean healthy normal. I've seen pictures of those children and they have brittle nails and teeth they need a good calcium intake. Vegetarian diet is extreme enough taking meat out orjunk food should be good enough, but no milk or cheese no turkey on thanksgiving? You guys are living like youre poor

Actually, countries with high dairy consumption have much higher rates of osteoporosis than countries with low dairy consumption. I think cheese made naturally and from healthy ( nonGMO grain -fed ) animals might be good. We must take caution, for every body is different. Some are truly allergic to cheese and milk.
God mentions cheese in the Bible as good. You see David was told to bring cheeses to his brothers in the army. A land "flowing with milk and honey " is considered good in the Bible.
But be aware that milk was not marginalized in the Bible , as it is now.

@@annayoder4332Yes, homemade cheese is certainly much better than store-bought cheese.
I live on a dairy farm, and we make our own cheese and yogurt, etc, also from raw milk. And our cows are very natural, we let them loose in the fields and forests to forage, and we let the calves drink from their mothers. We do everything pretty natural.
But I don't feel very well when I eat cheese, or pretty much just dairy in general. Unfortunately I have to, because that's what we produce and live off of. But other people do very well on cheese and meat, and they say that a vegan diet is impossible to survive on. 🤔
So I guess that it depends on the person. I'm glad you can make your own cheese, that's something great! 😊

@incountrysidewithJesus thank you I wasn't trying to go against the message, like my husband instantly gets constipated. he loves cheese and will eat it and then regret it. lol where me I need my enzymes balanced out and need it. my daughter was allergic to my breast milk so I couldn't breast feed her well without using zantac and benedryl so I stopped and made Amish formula with goats milk raw and fish oil and all the vitamins you'd find in a canned formula but organic and that she could handle and she did just fine then :) some bellies are sensitive but usually its a certain protein allergy in milk. As far as this teaching goes, the bible says to do everything in moderation. I think that cheese in moderation is actually healthy when it's raw and gotten through a clean farm. To each his own. Paul said that you do according to your conscience. If it causes someone to stmble, then don't do it. So, in my opinion, it's an individual choice but I appreciate your efforts to teach people what you think is good for them.

This is an interesting topic for me as I have since infancy not been able to handle dairy. I actually get bronchitis symptoms. If I eat enough, it will kill me. However, I don't have the same problem with raw dairy. I don't know of anybody else who has this type of reaction. Unfortunately, dairy products are my favorite thing in the world. That 1 Timothy 4 :4 should be translated: "Every CLEAN creature is good and nothing to be refused." Otherwise, if every creature is ok to eat, then you could be a cannibal. For people are God's creation. Also, rats and filthy spiders could be eaten. That would certainly make people sick. So remember the correct translation of I Timothy 4: 4 is " every CLEAN creature " is good for consumption. Read Leviticus 11.

And as a few people said it doesn’t take 12 hours for cheese to digest in the stomach, rather 2-4 hours for most all foods depending on quantity, protein and fat content.
