People please watch the video before you comment. Obviously he did not since he would already know that I talk about glare and reflections in the display section of the video.

@@andrewmarcdavid My fault: I didn't make myself clear: I meant if you tested the hp anti-glare display (available as an option on this notebook) on other occasions (maybe at CES or other faris) ... of course I saw in the video you tested the glossy display ... thanks for reply
I really do love that whenever i'm looking at certain tech products and searching them up you always come up, whether i look at something a few years ago and subbed to you, then not really watch you, but then a few years later seeing you come up for a product i'm currently looking at. I can always come back to you for a good review plus it's almost like you're making a whole archive of reviews for everyone. Thanks for the hard work!
Camera image and mic sound absolutely perfect ! Excellent for video calls and video meetings ! Thank you for analyzing the keyboard ! I appreciated that a lot !
Andrew, Another very complete review. Always look forward to these videos. The camera and audio were decent, still would like to see a 1080P camera. Always the non-upgradeable RAM and WLAN is a problem, but not a deal-breaker. This is a business laptop. Thanks for your hard work.
Nice PC. Very Good Display. Keyboard layout is excellent. Camera and microphone are good but for what one is paying for this it should have at least a 1080 camera. Also should have at least a micro SD slot. Battery life excellent great for business users on the go. Anyway great review as always.
Hey, Andrew. Thanks for the awesome review of this unit. I agree that HP Elitebooks are phenomenal machines. Your review of the x360 1030 G6 was the one that got me hooked onto them, and I can honestly say that it continues to serve me well - I have no regrets. I was kind of surprised that the LTE module seems to have maxed out at Cat 9, and yes, an SD card reader would have made this a really all round unit. I am curious to see how the numbers will be when they add vPro and AMT to the Tiger Lake processors. Keep up the awesome work, Andrew, and stay safe. Looking forward to the stream later on...
Andrew great review! it is impressive the battery life of this machine!. Although I am still a surface pro fan for convertible laptops. I hope to see a new redesign surface pro 8 soon.
Hi Andy, I always enjoy your videos. Silly question I assume this has a touch screen. I could not see any reference to it in the specs or you saying it did. Thanks for your time and effort in sharing your experience. John
I see the business factor: Sure View, Presence Aware and 4G LTE connectivity. Did they mention anything about advanced encryption features? For the price point I think the camera and the microphone are *underperforming*. If these laptops are gearing towards high-end business equipment then they need to have PROPER microphone (despite AI) and webcamera! 16:9 ratio is also unacceptable. Compared to ThinkPad X1 Titanium, it got 5G, and Thunderbolt 4 with 11th gen i7 CPU with 3:2 aspect ratio with announced base price 2.910 $ (which will be manifold cheaper after a few months like X1 Nano). The EliteBook is hanging behind... It's only selling point to me is the impressive battery life
It’s 2021 and with the fiercest competition, still not a single manufacturer makes a “realistic” perfect laptop. You need 6 ingredients: -13-15”, preferably 14” -1440p, minimum 400nits, not glossy, 100%sRGB, no plastic bezel, keep it thin -USB-c charging only - ryzen 5000 option -no discrete gpu for bigger battery capacity -at least microSD And please don’t totally screw up mouse, trackpad and speakers.. wifi 6 is mandatory. That’s it. Comment when something is missing. also hinting some innovation: 16:10 ratio, (CF-card reader instead of microSD).. THANK YOU (I’d buy one for my mum, girlfriend and myself...)
bro what, i want a discrete GPU!?? they're so good and intel >>> and 17 in laptops are nice as well 1080p is MORE THAN ENOUGH for a laptop screen why do you need 1440p?? my friend had a 4k next to my 1080p laptop, and mine had a bigger screen and the 1440p looked the same in terms of pixel density (or worse overall cuz my screen had better colours, etc.) we have different preferences, undertand a perfect laptop cannot exist
Agreed. With 16:10 and that battery life, this would have been an automatic purchase for me. Now, it's a pass :( . Still waiting for a 3:2 or 16:10 with terrific battery life.
Hi Mark! I was wondering if you could do a review of the Asus Zenbook Flip 15. It seems like a killer deal. 2 in 1, 11th gen core i7. 16gb ram, 512gb ssd and Gtx 1650 for 1149.99 USD,
Hey Andrew, if you have a video of the 1040 g6 you mentioned pls share a link I can’t find any in-depth review of the g6 but there are so much reviews on the g7 and even the g5 but not even one on the 1040 g6
Nice laptop, with 2 flaws: (i) 10th generation processor is more power hungry than the 11th generation (still: battery life seems good), and (ii) I won't by a 16:9 form factor. Doing photography, I'd have liked an SD card reader.
Impressive mostly. Not excited on the non-upgradable ram, and why couldn't they come up with a physical webcam shutter like Dell or Lenovo? I don't get it. It's probably also cheaper to implement then a button that can be easily hacked. I mean this is 2021.. ok, late 202 model. Still. Other then that.. wow. Nice.
Hi....I've just bought a brand new HP Envy X360 15m.......less than one week using it......HHDD's died!!! WTF!!! An authentic piece of sh...t!!! I'm not a troll.......

Really useful review. Covered all the areas I needed to know in order to make an informed choice in which laptop to buy. Thanks
Thanks 👍
People really dont understand business laptops, so it's nice to see a good review of one!
This small laptop has a monster inside!

have you ever tried light editing video on that? (i know it's a business laptop, but have you?) Thanks in advance
@@CreatorSpotlight254 No I haven't. Sorry. If you want more power in a 14 inch chassis from HP, Envy or Zbook is probably a better bet.
Still wait for hp envy 14 review. You are the only 1 make the first impresion. 🥰
Should be ready today or tomorrow
Nice review, what camera are you using to capture the laptop screen so well?
Great review.

Hi Andrew: another great review. Are you moving your live stream broadcasts for members only?
Hi, no live stream today as I have to catch up on reviews. Members only live stream soon. But regular live stream next week
Not bad, but in 2021 need more:
1. Tiger lake + thunderbolt 4
2. Oled uhd
3. 16:10
4. webcam fhd
Agreed. With 16:10 and that battery life, this would have been an automatic purchase for me. Now, it's a pass :( . Still waiting for a 3:2 or 16:10 with terrific battery life.

why recommend the extra cost of LTE when one can wirelessly tether a phone for exactly the same result.
Some don't want to tether and like the freedom having dedicated LTE separate from smartphone.
@@andrewmarcdavid well they have more money then sense then. my phone goes where i go ultrabook not always so freedom is an illusion imo
