Ours had taken a puke after 3 months. Luckily we have the extended warranty. One week to come look at it and I bet they need to come back a second time to fix it. The delivery guy straight up told me washers only last 3-5 years no matter how much you spend on one.
We have this machine (going 3 years now) and totally agree with everything said. The only thing I like about it is the remote start, but it is really not worth it.
Overdesigned. I had a Maytag 27 years, just gave up the washer and dryer for this model. Don’t need to go through allthat. Just fill, wash, drain, rinse , put in dryer.

Well it is going on a year, and so far no more issues YET.

I remember seeing a washer that looked just like this. Spin cycle was very loud sounded like bad bearings, looked just like your washer.
Mine ended up being a bad bearing. LOL
