You don't tighten the castle nut on the end of the wheel axle, you bring it up snug, then back off enough to line up the castle slots with the hole in the axle, then insert your Jimmy Cotter pin, lol. COTTER PIN. The wheel should turn easy without any wiggle at the wheel bearing.

they never returned my phone calls or emails on delivery time when shipping company came crate dropped off in drive way no way to come in or out.they should pay you and few others here on you tube royalties for what you guys show i was stuck with no loader to lift n move crate and was stuck on wheels as i seen you were at first but you emphasis plenty of grease will try that tomorrow i just did not want to break shit you showed the way to do it. and can not believe you only got 4 thumbs up .thank you for informative video

You need to back off the nut an eighth turn for rolling tolerence

Wondering if you know. I'm almost done putting mine together and the cap for the hydraulic tank only screws halfway down. There is a rubber gasket further up under the top of the cap, but it seems like inside the tank, it goes down in size, so the cap won't screw all the way down. Did you experience this?

Thanks for the video- don't you find the controls too close together?- I was thinking of bending mine out at the 1/2 way point-to the right and left- so I'm not using just fingers to control

Yes. It's doing fine. Not much action because of the winter weather storms but in the spring I'll be back at it hopefully.
