Ford 8n thermostat fix for milky oil, and turbo?

    Good day from Ontario. Yea that might be a idea! Those flat heads were low on compression, that might give them a little boast or break a crankshaft. Thanks

    That old Ford has about 5:1 compression, so it would be fine for a mild turbo. But you'd be generating a lot more heat, so cooling system will need upgrades at least ... 🙃

    Orderd a thermostat today :) let see if that fixes my milky oil. What's that on the right side of the tractor under the oil bath for the air filter? I don't have that contraption on my 8n.

      I hope it fixes it for you! And under the air filter I was told when I bought tractor that it is a bracket for some sort of mowing attachment .
