I quit social media a year ago and now I am a better person as a result. I read books and do yoga. Meditation. Life is so much better. Well, I am still on TH-cam but I watch it like TV 📺 (sparingly). With TH-cam videos I am not constantly checking in.

Is that only about the developed country or thers alittle good luck in there ? Thanks for you patience and i curious to hear your response on every question soon if this is possible
