Agency map. Zack Bower who composed this OST intentionally include leitmotif of every missions which has story line connected. Entire this OST, you can hear a little bit of Mindjot, Agency and Voll health house map. such as 1:21 and beyond is Mindjot map also at 2:56 7:20 from Voll health house map
Oh yea, this definitely became my favorite after 1.0 came out. The others would be Valley of the Dolls, Ides of March, and the old Port Hokan soundtrack. I also like Sins of the Father, because it's kind of creepy. Rust Belt is interesting as well. Ooohh I forgot about 213 Park Homes. That one was pretty cool as well. I just listened to the Gas Station theme. Oh my god that one is so good as well.
yeah I think the new music for port being a mix of dealership is nice. this one is just has good connections with the lore and the vibe is just gives you the feel that this is the neighborhood. pretty neat how it was achieved
SWAT 4 was the blueprint for the entire game, and that soundtrack was great too. All they did here was match the music to the level of environmental storytelling of their main inspiration.

I like how part of the song has a somewhat similar motif to MINDJOT, hinting at their future presence.
Also with The Spider and Valley of the Dolls
It has a little bit of the motif of all the levels it connects to, lore wise.
You can also hear agency at 7:08 for example.
Cuz they’re connected by plot, that’s why it sounds familiar (my own guess)
