@@dotconnector3889 Yes, there's a cam inside the helmet. It was recently introduced to give fans a driver's view of the race. Cameras are so small now, You couldn't even see them in a rider's suit in motogp. And pretty sure that they tested the safety aspect of it.

@@dotconnector3889 They're used pretty often in motorsport nowadays, called "cam boxes". They are usually mounted on the underside of the visor gap in the helmet (although it might be different in F1, the helmets are probably specifically designed for it). They are only dangerous if they come off
At 0:07 and 0:09, you can see 2 whiteish blips on the right side. I recommend 0.25-speed playback to see them. I believe the 1st blip on 0:07 is Verstappen's tear-off after checking Verstappen's PoV, and the 2nd blip on 0:09 is Stroll's. Verstappen's tear-off juuuust skims past the outside of the right front wheel, while Stroll's flew right at the suspension area, and presumably got into the right front brake duct. Summary: It's probably Stroll's tear-off, and Leclerc's luck should be investigated for sabotage.
yep, spotted it as well. max released his tearoff just before the first fia board in the grass, thats exactly where you can see those blips. similar story for stroll, he released his tearoff just after the second fia board in the grass and before the rectangular red board, thats exactly where you can see the second blip. The distance to the wheel looks very similar to me. I'm not sure which one actually got caught...
I find it very disappointing to see multiple articles on the internet blaming Max sabotaging Charles' race while it is totally not sure it was his tear off, and looking at the footage its probably Stroll's
True, but this video also missed max his tearoff. You can see it in 3 frames. 0:07 Both tearoffs pass his right wheel at around the same distance, so we can't be sure.

Yeah, during the practice Max threw it out to the left side when it got caught between his rear suspension. Maybe that is why he threw it out to the right this time, although that shouldn't matter much, i don't know what his preferred side is either. But i forgot about Max catching Leclerc's tear off at the beginning, hah, i would almost say that they're even, although that pit lane thing is extra painful, but now it looks like it was actually Stroll's tear off. Either way, just unlucky again for Leclerc.

No they did not the commentators assumed it was verstappens then Ferraris team themselves came out and confirmed it was stroll do a second of research and you’d know that
