Hii mam i want to confess
I had given the interview for jet airways in the month of June and had reached the final round i.e. is the 5th round where two senior officials had come all the way from Mumbai to Kolkata(city where i gave my interview) to take our interview. I was among the 5 candidates who were selected for the final round out of 875 candidates which i am already proud of. But during the final interview round i got really nervous as this was the first time i was giving an interview for cabin crew and reached final round so i was really shaking that day and that showed in my interaction with them. I got rejected then and there itself. I was really sad and disheartened but i knew i was not upto the mark. I was told to come back after 6 months which i most definetly will. Since the month of June i have already started preparing myself and have started following u since then. I am very happy and proud of myself that i reached so far and i will be going back for the interview in month of December this year. U have taught me alot mam already to be confident and i will following for life..🤣🤣

I didn't understand what they want.

My experience has been good as interviewers were really cooperative.
Talking about what they want is something even i cant answer though i can point out a few things.
As mam said in this video they start judging u the moment u walk in, i mean they look at how u walk, ur appearence what u have worn hows ur hair and everything. The first round is a very short round as there are many other candidates waiting and its just about introducing urself and doing that in a very confident way. U should look in the eye of the interviewer, thank her for letting u introduce urself, smile a bit not too much. Mention ur name and city like u r proud of where u come from, ur education, members of ur family and try to stay short. That was a tip about the first round. I hope this was helpful. And if u have anymore thing to ask, feel free.😊😊
मैंने केबिन क्रू सिलेक्शन के बहुत से वीडियो देखे पर किसी में यह नहीं बताया गया कि पर्सनल इंटरव्यू और जीडी (4 राउंड) के बाद भी अगर यह कहें कि आपको 2-3 वर्किंग डेज में हायर अथॉरिटी से इंटरव्यू के लिए कॉल करेंगे तो उसका भी मतलब रिजेक्शन होता है या वे वास्तव में इसका मतलब सिलेक्शन हो जाना होता है.

couldn't resist myself from saying that dear Mamta mam i always watch all of your videos not just because of the purpose of cabincrew but the way you speak the way you talk the calmness inside you i swear mam it helps me alot to rebuilt myself, whenever i am sad,disappointed or just not satisfied with the things going around me, instead of listening to musics i always endup with watching your videos...and trust me mam your videos helps me alot alot to come out from hard situations ,you not only give us ideas about interview and all other stuffs regarding cabin crew but also teach us how to be calm in situations...ur efforts really means alot to all of us. And now I m flying with air India and still I m getting rejected again and again what to do now
+FloxaZoRx Not to worry!! Look for the reason or the common mistakes you have made.
Look? clothes? style ? preparation? Q and A ? where u lack...start focusing on that...Or may be change everthing you have been doing..Changes are good for life.Hope this will help
I went for an interview on July 22 i was rejected in the first round they told me that my lower body is heavy, they asked me to loose weight and come in September. They told me they'd love to see me again. And I'll go again♥️

the HR asks me about my height just after intro.
and for spice jet its 155 cm
so i am exact 155 cm
she asked are you sure
i said pretty sure...
then i got rejected
personally i thought that i was looking short heighted in that group ...
so what can i do like i am 155 and airlines like indigo and spice jet allows it...but HR judges that

because i dont want to change the field even it was my second intereview. i am inspired by one of my close friend who has been selected for go air and even she is of same height 155

To be honest, I am also a guy whose wight is 97 kg and I am looking forward to be a flight attendant, U wont believe that I was of 135 kg and at that time my family members explained me everything about my career like there is a job of cabin crew its an awesome job and all I was literally very happy and joyful when they discussed that career objective with me but one thing made me sad that was my weight obviously as I said I was of 135kg but then I decided to lose my weight so that I can focus on my career😇😃

Hello Mamta. Congratulations having a job that counts .You are fabulous. By the way This is Supratim here ...I am 5ft 5inches and I weigh upto 60kgs. I know about the BMI..BUT as an experienced crew member of the unit could u please give me a possible silver lining whether any airlines would ever accept 5'5" for a man . Its definitely my dream to be a part of this industry it's just that I feel I am only an inch shorter than the required height..I believe I have good communication skills on three languages.. please do revert back . thanks!two thumbs up
