What I have seen and learnt that in India you can build your house in any way you like, no rules, no restrictions. I can go to foreign countries only for holidays but can live only in India.

I left india almost 20 yrs ago. I live in Canada. It’s always shameful to talk about india without having any rules. No rule policy is only for rich people in india. Rules are made to follow only by poor people.
But in foreign countries rules are to be followed by each and every person. Doesn’t matter he is a prime minister or any other high office.
This is the reason why Lakha of youth are leaving india now a days.

Indians are so habituated to the bheed bhaad wali zindagi. I sometimes feel sad for people who have to leave their families and lifestyle and go there. But to each his own

New houses built in India are quite the same except for boundary walls, balconies, and heater things. We are now having the same windows sliding and casement windows. We even have tilted windows as you have shown in the video wit with built blinds. All other concepts are also been incorporated into new homes.

but they don't help at all... weather here is just soo different that these houses get soo warm at day time dut to greenhouse effect and mosquito problem😐.......(my sister's house is like this and she is frustrated)

Also you can use double glaze windows for insulation.
For mosquitoes, there are nets in window.

The house construction style is similar to Belgian houses as well. Window rollers work with sensors I guess. Have similar one here. Here also not boundary walls, only plants and shrubs around

As you mentioned for the kitchen..we only get an empty room..do we have to buy a modular kitchen ourselves and keep shifting it when we change the house? What is an estimated cost of such kitchen?
Yes , and then when you move you take the kitchen with you. It’s quite a hassle, so you can also negotiate with next tenant to buy it from you.
Or ask the landlord to fix a Kitchen before you move in.
Cost : 3-6 k for an average kitchen and with good quality.
