I would like to see new splits in the future, like glossy, inverted, like Mr negative, vibrant(more saturated), and gritty(less saturated)
That would be nice. I would personnaly like Lo-Fi or Synthwave splits.

You should be able to combine three splits if all three are infinite for a super rare variant
I Split my Dan Hipp Killmonger last week and I got a gold foil with black crackle. I was slightly bummed because the black bubbles don’t pop the same way as lighter colors. Based on this video however, I have the rarest possible combination so I can’t be TOO bummed 😅😅
I get my first INK split at 2700 collection, and with a black star dust effect it’s beautiful
I split my Agatha until I got that combo only took 10 splits
Just a note, calling them background effects is a bit of a misnomer, because the ink finish affects the whole card face, not just the background. They’re probably intended to be known as “finishes” and “flairs”

Ah so character progression Carrie’s over to variants. I got a ink split on sunspot, but the new variant that was in that bundle. My first split of it was ink. So I was confused as to why I got it.

I really wish that we had more customization for cards I would like to choose what level to have my card visually look so i could keep splitting instead of just keeping my card at a specific level because I prefer how it looks visually
Has anybody figured out WHY the bots can get the weird splits?
We assume we'll be able to choose in the near future :)
So they can showcase them to us to salivate over and inspire more chasing...
So that people can tell that they are bots. Whenever I see them, I’ll always snap. Bots don’t play around your cards, and they always snap turn 4. Easy 8 cubes.
does that mean you have to have split 4 times before you get a chance at inked? or on the 4th split itself?
Can we get an ultimate variant on cache? Even if its super low chance?
So if I have a gold but want a different partical effect if I split it won't stay gold and rerolls everything?

It brings up a question after watching: if the split progress is tracked by character and that you cannot get the same combination again, does this mean that if I have a certain combination on a base card that I like, I cannot get that combination again on a variant? :(
You will *eventually* - but I believe you cannot get the same exact combination again anytime soon!

I've been splitting my infanaut which I hate but do want it to get it inkified but I really want to work on its variant. I heard that getting it inked helped inked will help with splitting other variants. Is this true?

I max out quality 1 of my card. If I don't "split" the "infinity" card, will I still receive booster for that card?

So you only get 1 shot at foil or prism with no effect, whichever one you dont get you cant ever get?
So it is still possible to have the same rainbow particles as the ones before the patch introducing the monochromic flares ? If I understand correctly it's just more rare.
It is possible to have same background, same flare of a different colour
@@marvelsnapzone yes but before the patch, all the flares was multicolor. I was just wondering if the rainbow ones are similar or if we cannot get the same cards as the ones splited before the patch.

Can you explain how you got it so you see the name of the finish/effect at the bottom? I'm playing on both PC and mobile and neither has that. Just an icon at the top
If you click the variant name, it takes you to that screen! :)
Do we know the percent chances of the specific Color’s or if some are unlocked after several splits?
We do not have any specific data on each color yet, just which ones are rarer
I couldn’t care less about infinity splits but I enjoyed the video none the less cause now I know I don’t have to worry about them at all.
I’ll just keep upgrading every card in my collection once to get the cheap CL upgrade from common to uncommon.

A future advice here, currently at CL 2400+: Once you get all your cards to green start doing the same strategy to get all to blue, and so fort, keeps the CL progress going!
@@arielreina8552 yup. I make everything green as soon as I get it then I usually bring once card up to infinity and repeat.
Sometimes I put a bunch of stuff to blue cause of a daily/weekly challenge but otherwise I just focus on one card
If I get ink on a card once, can I keep splitting it to try and get ink again with a different particle effect? Or will I not be able to get ink again since I already got it once?
You can get a 10% chance at ink every time :)

I have a question, when splitting a card does it count the times that card was split or just the variants?
Splits are tracked by character not card.
Let's say I have silver surfer's jacinto variant split once, and now I split the base card, what happens? Does the base card get the new mods? Do the variants have it too? Or does the base card get the variant, and the next time I split the jacinto variant, I get a new mod (aka the 3rd split)? Hope that question made sense..
That shit made no absolutely no sense but what you’re trying to ask was answered in the video. Splits are tied to the name, not the variant
They should allow us to sell a card we have infinity split for credits or tokens. I don't want to have a cluttered collection. I like having a neat and easy to look at collection. I don't care about the effects. Getting credits and/or tokens. Would help with the token shop.
Just filter your collection better. Uncheck all variants

How do you count them? 😂 Is the first time you split split lvl 1? I always get both attributes on the second split on a card? Is that supposed to be the 3rd split? Do you count all copies of your card with or without base art/variant?
The first split is Split 1! You will always get both attributes on the 2nd split! Splits are tracked by character, not card.
@@marvelsnapzone That's how I counted them aswell. But in the discord message they seem to mention our 'second split' as the third split.

Why my kitty pryd got ink on split 3?
When you say the gold and ink splits only have a 10% drop rate, does that mean even on my 4th/5th whatever split, there’s only a TEN% chance I’ll get it even tho I’ve split the card x number of times??!!!?

@@marvelsnapzone Not correct - you can't get duplicates, therefore.. the %'s would NEVER be the same, as per their info. Eventually you'd get the exact variation you want, but boy that can sure take a LOT of splits to one card, I can speak to this from experience (currently have 24 lizard splits w/o getting ANYTHING in gold foil).

Nice video, some feedback: It's not really necesary to read the tables, you can provide links with screenshots or to the OG post; for the new players, the cards get boosters according to how much is played and the lowest rarity of any variant of the card, so if you want to upgrade a card as fast as possible is better to leave it at common rarity, gather the 155 boosters needed for the full upgrade and then do it all at once, i think it should be mencioned. Thanks for the good work and keep them videos coming!
