      Might be due to low voltage. Try checking if all your screws are tightened properly and wires connected properly. If you're not sure, consult an electrician.

    Hi do you mind to test the 3 buttons on the side of the heater?

    • @vajrakilaya
      @vajrakilaya  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      That's a good request. I forgot to cover these 3 buttons in my video. Pressing the TEST button shuts down the heater, pressing the RESET button doesn't seem to do anything (even when I press and hold the button down), pressing the PUMP button turns the pump on or off.

    How's the water pressure? In the video it looks pretty weak

    • @vajrakilaya
      @vajrakilaya  4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The water pressure is adequate for a bath but not as strong as some of those water heaters with more powerful but noisy pumps. These louder water heaters have stronger water pressure and will give you a massaging effect. With this Toshiba model, the pressure is not strong enough to produce a massaging effect.

      @90cyno 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@zahinnazri1037 Well.. I'm not sure how to put this in words since it gonna be quite lengthy. But as you see in this video, the water inlet was PVC, in my case it was a tube hose with copper bolt nut in the end, connected to the water heater.
      During testing, I noted that there was electricity conducted in the copper bolt. What I did was putting a wire to earth this electricity from that bolt to my metal door frame (twist a few loop of wire at the bolt and screw/drill it to the metal door). You may try connect it to any window grill as long as it metal or better conductor. Try and see if it work. Make sure it not gonna be wet when you take your shower, for safety.
      But it is better to improve earthing in your building by adding more earthing copper rod or ask certified electrician about it.

    Bought this model slightly more than one year ago. To be honest, I bought this because of the sleek design as I've never owned a Toshiba product, usually go for Panasonic. Now this Toshiba water heater is not heating anymore, tried turn on and off, it worked for the first time and that's it. I wonder is small appliances today are made to last for not more than 2 years? I mean never expected them to last a life time, come on lasted for hardly two years?! (Well, I do have a National Rice Cooker than still can be functioned even after more than 60 years now). Disappointed product.
