    Thanks for a great informational video! Cobram Estate Olive oil is my go-to for salads and pastas, it has a beautiful green/floral flavor profile, and is a compliment for bitter greens, with lemon juice, and a sprinkle of smoked sea salt. Planning to have salmon for lunch today!

    Thanks for the video. I like using nuts, seeds, avocado and olives. I stay away from free oils as it isn’t a whole food and makes me gain unwanted weight. I make a delicious salad dressing using whole seeds like hemp or sesame seeds.

    I have been (attempting to do..) doing Keto and IF for 3 months. I have lost 40 pounds. Male starting at 235. Thing is- I realize I am doing it wrong as I am not "fat adapted." Low carb- yes, Healthy foods- yes, exercise- yes, intermittent fasting- yes.... but enough healthy fats- no. I am generally not hungry and the though of adding a bunch of avocados, fish, etc isn't realistic for me. Any suggestions? Could I just add more MCT oil, for instance, into my coffee and onto my foods? There seem to be plenty of electrolyte supplements out there- but how about healthy fat supplements? I am nowhere near the 50-75% healthy fat that is needed. Thank you- and absolutely love your channel!

    • @FitMotherProject

      You could add more MCT Oil. I personally wouldn't exceed 2 tablespoons per day for GI concerns. If you're having a green salad each day, you could also add in some hemp seeds (2-3tbsp) on top and drizzle with a bit more Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I also suggest you get 1-3 quality eggs per day. You can have eggs as a standalone meal... or hardboil and put them on a salad. Those bright orange yolks have powerful, healthy fats... AND a ton of fat soluble vitamins. You could also start using a nut mix for a snack (macadamia nuts are super high in healthy fats... there's also great macadamia bars from "House of Macadamia" that have like 20g healthy fats per bar).
      Overall... it sounds like you're doing the right things! If you're feeling GOOD and not too hungry... then I wouldn't worry much about your exact macro percentage of fats. Instead, I'd focus on getting the highest quality fats into your diet (eggs, omega-3s through fish or hemp, and EVOO).
      Keep it up! I'm very happy you found our channel. I also recommend you. check out our men's channel Fit Father Project: th-cam.com/users/fitfatherproject

    Do you have any suggestions for under arm work outs would love some advice plz

    • @FitMotherProject
      @FitMotherProject  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey Janine, thanks for writing in and great question! I will link to a playlist of tricep movements below but if looking to reduce arm fat, your best bet is doing full-body, more deliberate exercise with a clean dietary intake. We unfortunately do not have the ability to spot-reduce fat on our bodies as doing tricep movements simply work the muscles that lie underneath the fat. The best way is to lose body-fat overall which our FM30X program can help with. For a sample workout and meal plan, check out this link: www.fitmotherproject.com/start-here/

    What about ACV?

    • @FitMotherProject
      @FitMotherProject  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Martha, thanks for writing in and great question! While not a "healthy fat" we are big fans of ACV here at the FMP. In fact, we include it in the following video as one of the healthiest "drinks" you can use to help boost overall health. Take a look here==> th-cam.com/video/7ncQIxgkQrk/w-d-xo.html

    I'm waiting so long to feel the mental clarity from fat adaption, how long can it take? 🙏🙏🙏

    • @FitMotherProject
      @FitMotherProject  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey Jay, thanks for writing in and great question! The process of fat adaptation will vary, depending on a variety of factors (activity level, age, metabolism, etc.) but if you stay the course with your specific journey, you will get there soon enough!
