this is stupid. automation is cool, but if money becomes irrelevant then whatever people do that interest them will suffocate them in the long run. everything will become mundane due to increase of number of people doing a particular craft. whatever they do will certainly lose value to others as well, because everybody can do the same thing or better. alot of them will suck and they will discourage themselves. they will lose that sense of grandure and pride for making something. that's the reason experts say people will do nothing if you give them a "welfare". you cannot remove relevance of money. it's wishful thinking
again how can people have 'half' of a vision, why dose no body see, if machines needed robots, then automation, will be composers, our skill and set will just shift, same as any car mechanic nowa days either would have cut heads off or the rare one would invent a revolutionary machine,
that rare one would really be out of it's mind creating it. the thing is, people responds to incentive. in a world where, money , power , and pride are non-existent. crab mentallity will prevail. it's just the way it is. that rare one will either end up in a jail cell somewhere or executed before it can finish it's project. it is evident tru out history. the reason humans did not go extinct is because it was not global . an outside group was able to disrupt another group. if automation is used to get rid of said factors, then humans will lose all frame of refferences. it will definitely die
I think it was just the wrong title for this talk really.
its not complicated that were everyone keeps gping wrong
Good theme, bad presentation. It has no structure. Seems like he is spouting numbers slowly!
