There is a campaign for that popping noises coming from the front end. My truck was doing the same thing. I think Kenworth replaced the U bolts on both sides. The oil filters bypass kit I watched the video when you installed it. I believe you said the same thing. You don't have to replace those filters unless they stop flowing.
i also use Amsoil, and go 5-60k miles, at 30k miles i change filters , with cummins i had just one big bypass filter and would change that one every time i change oil.
How do you know when any of your filters, including the ones you added, are dirty and not allowing the oil to flow as they should? Do you wait for the oil gauge psi to drop or not show psi? Obviously the filt🎉ers you added are there to help filter the oil. If the original filters don't catch all the crap, hopefully the secondary ones will. Merry Christmas to you and Lita!

Then while cleaning the deck I started noticing cracked welds on the rub rails... $1700 worth of welding later and now the reflective tape ain't so pretty no more. Still far better than it was though but it's the labor in cleaning off all the old tape and glue that's the worst part. Maybe I'll cut out the melted sections and piece it back together. If I get really bored someday, and the weather is nice and if TH-cam doesn't have anything to watch.

If filter is much cooler than engine oil filter then change them as they are full and plugged. Wasting money if you change those every oil change. This is how I checked and changed my bypass filters.

Only a tiny amount of oil passes through it at a time and it there was a super fine filter element inside. You never changed that filter. I’m sure all of the young super truckers out there have never heard of such a thing.
With the ops bypass you change the filters at 25k and pull an oil sample and change the oil accordingly , might be the same with amsoil and could save you some money if the oil technically doesn’t need to be changed, no hate here just another owner operator who likes to save some money where i can. Robert ,you need to start keeping maintenance records on everything you do to the truck and trailer. That way you know. grease, oil, filters, brakes, tires anything you do write down date and mileage
He has to keep maintenance logs for DOT and to maintain his authority...he plays dumb sometimes, but he has his ass covered with t's crossed and i's dotted.

Call the shipper or consignee ahead of time. This eliminates problems. Don't depend on a broker or anyone else to do that connection. It's insanity to keep doing the same bs over and over and over expecting different results. As a trucking company, do you have a set rate for truck ordered not used ? based on deadhead to load/ waiting time to find out load cancelled/got shipped on another carrier/ not ready. Detention time ? Or do you accept what a broker offers on rate confirmation ? You need to have "fine print" that you have on carrier packet/argreement. Quit letting brokers have the upper hand. VOICE contact...not text or email...they can get lost. Hello... I'm dispatched to pickup load ____, is it ready ?, what's your working hours to load/unload ?, verify weight and dimensions, when will it be ready ?, do I need anything other than a empty trailer ? My trailer is a ____, is that ok ?, am I able to park at your place/nearby/etc ? In case of a job site crane appointment...who do I contact in case of a delay on my part ? Name and 24 hour phone number ? And more...?
a guy that lived by my mom thought it was a conspericy by big oil about changing oil he never would change the oil only add when low. one little pickup he had with 250000 ml sold and the new guy drove it for 10 more years.just a funny story

Oil changes have NOTHING to do with miles. They are all about hours of use. Rears and differentials are about miles.
