Yeah, maybe I’ll just give it up ! You are so right! It’s shocking I’m so sorry, I can’t apologise enough What can I do to make this right for you ? Thanks for watching ! 😁🤣🤣🤣🤣😁
@@NorthernExposure1 I did, I love that area ... Hexham and Corbridge ... I live in Neighbouring Weardale .... where the Wear flows :) (the delicatessen in Corbridge is amazing, I always spend far too much when I go there !!).
I used to be the chef at the Duck House just before covid hit.... Corbridge is a nice place but it has some incredibly rude and deluded people in it, the manager (probs ex manager) of the Wheatsheaf was possibly the worst human iv'e ever met!
Yeah, it’s too much dosh, especially when I’ve found similar things for free. Some places are hugely expensive, not sure who runs it, but Alnwick Castle was 20 quid each!
it's a lovely place, and i use to go up the tyne valley as a kid back in the late 70s onwards - and it was pretty run down then... was at the black bull there the other week enjoying sunday lunch in the beer garden at the back too...the little bakers is nice, but very expensive, around a fiver for a single portion cake!
It’s not as nice as it used to be , the surrounding countryside looks pretty , but the people from there are awful . I can remember having sex in the Angel Inn toilet with my wife’s friend while having lunch . Amazing experience , it was the start of our wonderful affair.
Some things are best kept private ... but you are obviously an exhibitionist and believe you are "Oh so irresistible to your wife's 'friends?? ' but you actually give the impression of being a totally delusional self- loving perv . I bet you just loved telling your mates about it . 🙄
Simon...thanks for the video. Just a point, it's not the River Wear...it's the River Tyne.
I know!!! It’s because I had Tyne and Wear in my head! Oh well
Glad you enjoyed
@@NorthernExposure1 I was about to comment the same lol. ❤ great video
It is not the river Wear that flows next to Corbridge , it is the river Tyne.
I know, you may have been the 50th person to mention it!
Thanks for watching
That's a boo boo The River Tyne how could you not know this
@@ruthbond9588 ask me if I give a shit?!!
Corbridge isn't on River Wear but on the River Tyne. 18 miles west of Newcastle upon Tyne.
@@iancockburn9918 you are probably the 103rd person to point it out!
I know!!!!!
Thanks for watching 😉
Great video. My gran used to live in Corbridge. We used to go for lunch at the Angel Inn. It was so lovely
Glad you enjoyed it
River Tyne thanks very much , the river Wear us about 20 miles south of where you are. Shocking mistake !!

What’s Haltwhistle like?
bloody expensive as well.
@@bigfoot-g4i yeah, thats true enough
The tower is pronounced 'peel'
Corbridge is indeed a lovely village but as others have pointed out the river is the Tyne.
@@graham9723 I know!! It’s just a mistake! Some people it would seem have never had a mistake!
It’s just water!
River WEAR?!

@@jamesgeaves8729 first time I’ve visited, and it’s a nice spot!
Lovely place, but no Greggs😂
Just as well, given the sort of people who turn up to loot it! Some lovely cafes though. The Corbridge Larder is my favourite.
Yeah, a travesty!
That owl doesn't give a hoot.

Since when had the River Wear moved to Corbridge! Nice video though.
