One thing I see from him is that he loved to be comfortable, he would sometimes push himself to be better, but when it really mattered he was always comfortable. Many people try to push themselves into doing things that other guitarists do, and they end up frustrated with themselves, happened to me a lot because I was unable to do alternate picking until I realized I had to stop forcing myself into something I wasn’t comfortable with, now I only do it when it feels natural and it sounds way better.

Music is not a competition and music is not about technique. It’s about expression
GOAT!!
Such a great series. Have seen some of them before years ago but hadn't caught this one
Totally agree, there's so much knowledge here. I'm learning a lot transcribing these
Awesome 👍
Thanks for tuning in!
Thanks for this 🙏🙏🙏
Hope you find a few good take-aways in there!
Thanks you so much!!!
Happy learning!
I have seen him on old Cosby Show. I didn’t know he was a real artist, I thought it was just a character he was just playing.😊
Good. He was the greatest guitarist/entertainer I ever saw.
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Awesome video…
Would you be willing to share what you transcribed on a standard sheet!? It’s hard to follow along on the video. Lol
I'll have a think on how to make those available for everyone
That would be super!!!
