- In latest edition of my track and field vlogs, I give you the behind the scenes of the Florida Relays and Athletics Canada won the 4x100m with the fastest time in the world for 2023 + my new PR in the 400m!
The reigning world athletics champions in the 4x100m from 2022 World Athletics Championships in Eugene, OR reunited to run the fastest 4x100m relay time of 2023 against challengers like USATF and I settled the debate on whether who would win in a 400m between myself and Trayvon Bromell!

In this track and field vlog, you see the inner workings of a professional track and field athlete preparing for another pro track and field season! From the shake out to the hallway; to the body composition and hydration tests with a nutritionist; to the relay handoffs and 4x100m team meetings with athletics canada; to the grocery shopping at target to get food and snacks for the weekend to prepare for a track meet; you get to see it all in this video! That's insane ..what was your game plan running the 400m?🔥looked like you just started n held the same peace through out
Yeah I tried to take it out harder than normal in the 1st 200m and hold it to the tape. I am still learning pace in the 400 and it would’ve been faster with more heat in the race. Next year!

#grocery, I want to drop my 200 time from mid 22s to 21s and im wondering if it’s something I eat the day of and before that could possibly help
With track and field it’s hard to know what specifically is the reason for improvement but every little bit helps 👍🏾
you should do a 100m and 400m in diamond league or 200m and 400m at least once

Looking to see everyone break 10 sec in WC 100m finals and see Wayde back at 43 low 400m.

why not run even splits in the 400. 22+22=44
A lot easier said than done. Try to split even in your next race and you’ll see that second 200 is way harder than the first once you’ve built up that lactic acid
Tell Trayvon to work on stick passes and never mind the 400m, Reo DQ..Tokyo 6th worlds last year...etc
