What I saw a legal analyst explain is… If it’s not thrown out, once discovery phase before the trial, JayZs lawyer will get the persons name. They won’t be totally blind. It just won’t be able to be said publicly. So, he will get her name. But they won’t be able to, for example, come out to the public and say, “Karen Johnson is her name, and she’s filed 5 other suits that were bogus.” They won’t be able to mention her name. So, it’s just a waiting game right now till they can get that info. But, understandably, no one wants this type of thing to drag on for too long. Right now this whole thing looks shaky.
