Great question! I tend to use Vallejo Game Color so I've put those first, but converted them to Citadel Colour too just in case:
Pale green skin = Goblin Green (030) / Warboss Green
Dark brown uniform = Beasty Brown (043) / Mournfang Brown
Black armour = Black (051) / Abaddon Black
Light leather straps = Leather Brown (040) / Balor Brown
Offwhite parts = Bonewhite (034) / Ushabti Bone
Red eyes = Bloody Red (010) / Evil Sunz Scarlet
White cloth = Dead White (001) / White Scar
Gunmetal areas = Gunmetal (054) / Leadbelcher
Gold accessories = Polished Gold (055) / Gehenna's Gold
Grey base = Stonewall Grey (049) / Administratum Grey
Black wash = Army Painter Dark Tone / Nuln Oil
Brown wash = Army Painter Strong Tone / Agrax Earthshade
Metallic for highlights = Silver (052) / Runefang Steel
Yellow for highlights = Sun Yellow (006) / Flash Gitz Yellow
