Please note that your smartphone needs to share its data connection over WIFI to take advantage of these services. For Android phones, in the smartphone configuration settings, select the shared connection mode "HOTSPOT" and activate "WI-FI HOTSPOT. For iPhone, in "SETTINGS" click on "PERSONAL HOTSPOT" to activate, then select "PERSONAL HOTSPOT" connection.
