I'm debating so much between a lite and a oled ...
If your on a budget or are the only one among your friends or family that has a Nintendo switch I would recommend buy Nintendo lite if you also happen to already own another console like Xbox or PS then it’s better if you buy Nintendo lite. If your buying Nintendo switch to play with friends and family than buy the oled. The game options are the same in both! Nintendo lite has lower battery life than Nintendo Switch oled. Anyways hope this helped!
As an owner of the lite and normal switch, i'd say it depends most on whether you plan on playing on the TV a lot and how you like to view your content in addition to your budget. I love the lite for cozy games and it's easier to hold because of the light weight, but the normal (or OLED) switch definitely is better for games like zelda botw/totk or mario odyssey (which is more fun with separate joycons anyways), because of the bigger screen allowing for more of the gorgeous details to be shown. The lite is also less scratch resistant. Some more pointers to help your decision:)
