Hey guys. Love your videos. I know your native language isn’t english and neither mine either. But a little hint for you: Cupboards are in the kitchen. Closets are in the bedroom and other places where you don’t store cup’s and plates. And please google what loophole means. 🤣🤣🤣
The room in the basement with the outlets on the floor would be ideal for a gym to plug aerobic equipment in. What it's missing is a sauna, but that can always be added.

Top Präsentation wie üblich. Ihr habt euch beide gut entwickelt über die Zeit. Ich finde auch die Interaktion (vor und hinter der Kamera - ok als Brüderpaar vereinfacht das die Lage) großartig. Deutlich interessanter so, als wenn der Kameramann nur stilles Beiwerk ist.
Super Anwesen. Würde ich sofort nehmen. Gute Raumaufteilung, super Lage, Mega-Außenbereich. Aus dem Schlafzimmer im Basement würde ich ein Kino machen und aus dem Wohnbereich dort ein Gym.

Hallöchen Ihr zwei, vielen Dank für ein weiteres grandioses Video. Das Haus ist wirklich traumhaft schön. Der Eingangsbereich, die vielen großen Fenster, der Außenbereich mit dem tollen Ausblick, jeder Raum ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Bäder sind der Wahnsinn. Man hat in jedem Schlafzimmer das Gefühl, als ist man Gast in einem hochpreisigem Hotel. Es harmoniert alles perfekt zusammen. Dann noch das traumhafte Wetter im Februar, da fühlt man sich wirklich wie im Paradies. Ich wünsche Euch ein schönes Wochenende. 😉

I really liked this house: the interior distribution, the materials used in the interior, the colors, I want to pay special attention to the hidden lighting in the living room, in the dining room, in the bathrooms... I really liked it!
Maybe I would just turn the living room in the basement into a gym, and the unfurnished bedroom next door into a sauna / Turkish bath / jacuzzi-party-area, and combine the two rooms into a common area.
One thing I did not understand, however - is there access to the lower part of the yard, where the pool has a lower level or something like that?
And if I can make one suggestion: take more pictures in the evening when the house lights are on. There are a few separate frames in the video, but it would be much cool to spend 2-3 minutes for such a video. Even without speeches, just music and evening shots.
And finally: Patrick... Oh, Patric... ☺☺😇
One of the best houses I have ever seen. The kitchen i would put in the dusbin though. Its no match for this insane house.

Hey guys, great to see you back in Costa del Sol. A nice one to come back to. Those bedroom terraces are spectacular. Perfect for doing yoga to start and finish the day. I would use the lower ground lounge as a gym though. What fantastic weather for February!

We don't say onsvite in England. It's pronounced 'on sweet' but some people will say it as they see it and say 'en sweet'.

I don't know if someone already told here : "ensuite" bathroom is from french but it's not from the word "ensuite" (wich mean "after that") A bedroom with it's own bathroom is called a "suite" in french so "en suite" bathroom means the bathroom of the suite.

Great house in general, although kitchen is a bit low-profile for this price range.
Off-topic: I noticed Patrick is much more present now during tour itself. I like most points he makes but I think tour flows better if Dominik is not interrupted or corrected as much. Perhaps this is just me :)

Guys, your home showings are amazing. I would suggest, however, that, although Patrick's comments are interesting, he might want to keep them to a minimum as it adds quite a bit of extra time to already long presentations.

Beautiful, but few things missing in this price-range: sauna, gym, dirty kitchen. Though it makes somewhat up in some other areas. I see price has been reduced already to 7.850.000

The swimming pool is the greatest thing and has two levels, the garden has two levels, and you're not showing it at the end while walking there and dont even walk further down? Disappointing. The rest is perfect though!
There is no second pool, just a plunge section for the water of the waterfall to drop. On our insta story you'll see it better 👍
@@TheMarobrothers I dont have Instagram, but I also dont completely agree with your point of view for the next reasons: firstly, you like architectural details and it would have been awesome to show us the impressive point of view from down there, how the bottom of the pool was made and the rest of the garden area. Second reason, coming back to the garden bit, in the Marbella climate the backyard is probably the most important part of the property and as someone from a rainy country, I like the footage of the colorful backyards always the most, even more so than the supercool basements. So I always hope every part of the garden is shown, and you can get a really good feel of it, and its amenities, size and privacy. But I still like your enthusiastic videos a lot so dont be afraid 😜
