Personalized epoxy inlay ashtray using the

Sorry it has been awhile since my last project. Unfortunately the heat where I live is unbearable, especially while in my garage where my CNC is located. I also do not want to run my CNC since temps are appox in the 100 + degrees. But this project was made for my wife's friend. It was made with white oak and mahogany. Basically I used 1/4 endmill for profile cut and clearing toolpaths. Then I used a 1" cove bit for the remainder of the clearing and curved bottom. I then used a 5/8" cove bit for the cigarette holder, then lastly I used a 60 degree vbit for the design. As for the epoxy I used a gold color for the crown and black for the rest of the design. Unfortunately this porject is not perfect but I am still pleased with it, enjoy!
