If you wilt it inside your asshole you can skip the paper towels all together. It's very absorbent
It depends on where you live. For instance, in some states here in the U.S., a person is allowed to take up to 3 sheets of TP from a public restroom, as long as it's disposed-of in another public toilet (not the same one).

Henry is one of those character-based youtubers, I don't think he would work on a serious show like h3h3 (as weird as it sounds to say that). I could see him on some alt-comedy podcasts in-character for sure though.
