    Please I just want to know how did you do the modelling over the point cloud?
    Because it's that part that is most important.

      using 123d catch , he may used drones scanning this building , or maybe he downloaded it.

      Manal CHETOUANI laser scanning. Its a camera that you bring to the site and get the camera to capture the building and generate the point cloud

    Very Helpful. I followed this but can't able to import .pts file into Autocad. I am using 2014 version. Would you share which version you using.
