Aura Aura edit in what way? You can remove and clean the scan up. There are various tools which will convert some of the data in 3 D objects and be used in Revit or AutoCAD.
I don't think they're claiming it's a BIM model; it's just millions of raw data points initially. It needs to be processed first, then it's yanked out of the Printcloud and cleaned up in Recap or Pointsense, or something similar for eventual import into Revit (or whatever BIM platform you're using). Then, it's a BIM model.

I'm no expert, but I'm working on a Revit project in grad school on the subject, and understand the functionality is influenced by the resolution of the scan, and how cleanly the data is calibrated. There are a number of lengthy videos on the subject that would likely be more helpful than I.
