I've finally started gluing down some foam. Also I bought a 3d printer. Mostly to make it easier to add silly things to my layout, but it's great for things like tunnel portals too!

I must be getting old or something. I haven’t been watching your stream videos because frankly I bore easily these days, and watching you readjust the camera every couple of minutes puts me off.
I feel bad about that because I want to support your channel. Still, no shorter build videos means I don’t watch your videos as much.
I know that your regular build videos require you to put in a lot of boring, nonproductive editing time, so I guess it comes down to either you or me being bored. How have your viewing stats been lately? I expect they’ve gone to shit like those of a lot of other TH-camrs but since I’m not your only viewer I was wondering if your longer videos are getting more views than the shorter ones. If so, I guess I’m fucked.
Anyway. Now that you have a 3D printer, will you be using it to make printed parts to add to kits or start building printed models? I see from some other modelers that it can allow one to have models of subjects that commercial kit makers just don’t make kits of and to make accessories that otherwise aren’t available unless you want to scratch or kitbash them, and I know that you do enjoy the latter.
Okay, now that my internet is back up I’m going to finish watching this video.
Yeah, I don’t know squat about railroading despite once having an uncle who did that. I suppose there must be historical references. The layout is shaping up nicely despite it being at the bare bones stage. Roads coming in out of the void make sense unless you have a closed company town but that’s depressing.
Oh yeah, I’m 71 so I must already *be* old. Fuck.
