Its a very, very nice penthouse, but could I ask about the quality around the windows? I have seen several houses and apartments where the rain entered through the gap of the windows, any sign of leakage and any comments on some of the quality of fire safety? Excellent presentation (as usual).

The word penthouse has been misused today,this is an Apartment,be it on the last floor of the build not a penthouse. 😅A penthouse means the floor below is part of the final floor.
The only thing I didn't quite like was the bbq, it seems like you're still indoors even after opening all those doors.. to me that doen's quite make sense..
