I love the property, but only one indoor living area downstairs aside from the dining room, if you consider that a living area? You didn’t show the office. How many guest (visitor restrooms) are there?

Hi Ken, it has 7 bedrooms and all of them have en-suite bathrooms and on the ground floor you have a separate guest toilet. Most villa's in this project are sold shell and core so you can create your own lay-out and design your own office, home cinema, gym etc. The architect within 22 Carat can help you realise your dream home.

It's just a personal opinion: I love colors combined with the surrounding nature. What I see now for this money is a waste of time and substance. Everything is very cold and superficial, and I am not a fan of a house like this without feelings. In the middle of the desert is the hardest option. For this reason, most who initially bought on the Jumeirah estate are trying to sell now.

The developer recognised that each buyer will have its own style/taste for colours, lay-out etc just like you. This way you will be able to get finish the villa exactly the way you want it.

The price ($16 million) is for view, otherwise, the construction quality of the building is ordinary. And that's the point. This kinda building and land should not cost more than one $1 million. The rest of 15 million is for the view.

۱-در اول فیلم معمولا مشخصات کامل ملک باید بیان بشه که شامل مساحت کل ملک مسکونی ، و امکانات این ملک شامل تعداد اتاق خواب -حمام- دستشویی - اتاق تمرینات ورزشی -سینما -سونا -استخر وجکوزی
۲-زمان کم فیلمبرداری و کامل نشان ندادن حمام و سرویس های بهداشتی آن با تشکر لایک نکردم بخاطر این موضوعه
