काम से संबंधित बीमारी और चोट की छुट्टी | Work Related Illness and Injury Leave (WRIIL)

After the implementation of CCS (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016 w.e.f. 01 January 2016, Special Disability Leave under Rule 44 of CCS Leave Rules, 1972 has been replaced by Work Related Illness and Injury Leave (WRIIL) vide DOPT Notification No. 11020/01/2017-Estt. (L), dated 11/12/2018.
Rule 44 of CCS Leave Rules, 1972:
The authority competent to grant leave may grant Work Related Illness and Injury Leave (WRIIL) to a Government servant (whether permanent or temporary), who suffers illness or injury that is attributable to or aggravated in the performance of her or his official duties or in consequence of her or his official position subject to the provisions contained in sub-rule (1) of Rule 19 of these rules, on the following conditions, namely:
(1) Full pay and allowances shall be granted to all employees during the entire period of hospitalization on account of WRILL.
(2) Beyond hospitalization, WRIIL shall be governed as discussed in video.

Namaskar sab. My Ex Hav (clerk) Rao from Andhra Pradesh. I was retired as class 1 clerk. 16 yrs service. Class I Clerk is equal to English Typerwriter Higher grade or not. I was qualified written exam as typist in my district Visakhapatnam. Typing Test baki hai. Higher/Lower grade typewriter cert required. But I have only Technical Proficiency certificate Class 1 (Clerk SD). So please help me sir.
