Letting Go

We're often told, in our practice and our everyday lives: 'just let go of that!'... but as letting go isn't something INTENTIONAL, something we can DECIDE to do... it ain't so easy... With our ideas of 'letting go' we are on the edge of what we think of as 'me' and 'not-me', and with our notions of control: control of myself, and control of our world.
