Even though you beat us last week you did us a MASSIVE favour by trouncing Wednesday yesterday great result made better by the fact that they are crying now on their demise but still 3rd 🤣🤣🤣
We were opposite you guys in the hospitality suit (we sneaked in as we didn't think we'd get tickets) to be fair the genial hosts were superb and had to feel a bit sorry for them on their relegation but in big Dunc F' they've got the right bloke in for the job to bounce straight back - The food in the suit was quite good and the beer was OK too in fact it was so cheap we couldn't believe the bar bill at the end of the match The game was a forgone conclusion before kick-off although the proverbial banana skin was there to be trodden on we took the game by the scruff of the neck & points in the bag....it wasn't a penalty either from where we were it was outside the box so FGR were hard done by but it broke the duck regards our seasonless penalty decision pity Phillips missed it but good on him for getting the rebound - great day out good vlog young 'un did you go into Stroud for a beer ?
I think Taylor went straight to the game mate! Most of us on the pub coaches stopped off in Stroud! It wasn’t too bad apart from the fact most pubs didn’t open till after 12 so the 2 open before 12 were rammed, it was that bad even the Weatherspoon locked the door because it was that busy!
@@BOTscranman We got turned out of that Weatherspoons because they had no staff on not sure if it was the landlady or just barmaid but she almost had a meltdown when we walked in so we just used the toilets and went to that cafe bar in town centre where it was quiet and we got served immediately with friendly staff who welcomed our custom - taxi up to the ground and into the hospitality at least we got to sit down watching the game....too old now for standing 😉
@@ianlevin954 bet it was a brilliant day out for you! I’m not sure that the landlords and ladies got told that many people were turning up so I think they were very unprepared for what was to come! No matter what it was still a very nice little place to stop off for a beer!
