I have chosen to attend the same champions location you spoke about. Thank you for taking the time to share this information. Nice goals in the back ground man.
Just found your page and so glad I did. I’ll be starting at champion next month and I am so excited to learn and get started! I’ll be doing the in person blended option 4 nights a week for 6 weeks
✨Thanks for making this video, in my first class. Champions School of Real Estate is the most respected. Take many mock exams.👏🏾👏🏾 FYI. didn’t know application with TREC $205, Fingerprinting $47 and finding a Broker may have some fees. That was info was much needed. Awesome video 🤴🏽💪🏾 much success to you.
I agree, I would recommend going hard on the vocabulary as well as mock exams. It’s important to know there will be dues & broker fees it is not cheap to be a realtor. The cost of marketing and advertising yourself to potential clients etc I will do a video on that next..I appreciate the support good luck to you
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO! I’m from Houston and looking into becoming a realtor and figured i’d do some research first. I’ve been hesitant about this decision because i don’t know where to start and was thinking of joining Champions. Your video has convinced me lol. Thank you for keeping it real. I will subscribe to your channel :-)
Thanks for making this video! I had my first class today in finance. My professor went through the material fast, I felt like I couldn't keep up. I most likely will purchase flash cards.
@@marid8375 Ive been licensed for 6 years and trust me Champions is the best. The national and state exams are written in the same type of format as champions. I feel if it were not for that preparation I would not have passed on first attempt.
@@ginanoah2588 did you pass? I just failed my first test by 2 points 😢. I’m a teacher so my ego is a little bruised rn 😅 but now I will take it more seriously. Any advice is greatly appreciated
Randomly found your video. Was wondering how the real estate is going? Do you stand by your review of champions? I am interested in doing the courses but I am needing to do it online but like you working in class is better for me. But we'll see. Thanks for this video!
To Everyone in the comment section .. I am currently registered with Champions online correspondence and so far my experience has been great. I will be finished soon and schedule my state/national exam. I believe if you take @Say Knows advice in the video you will have no problem getting your license. Best of luck to everyone on your journey 🏡😁
Hermilo Garcia can you explain ? I chose to do the in person class which came with the champions portal to take practice state and national exams & I also purchased the flash cards for $20. I know they have an online package but I didn’t look into at all because I learn better being in a classroom setting.
Savion Miller , so as I was looking online, I saw that there was 4 different packages, they range from $980 to $1624, each package has its benefits and they have the option to do them in class or online, so my question was which one of the packages did you do and which is the best one
How long did it take you to complete your training? Thanks for the informative video! I’m unsure if I should spread my virtual classes out a week at a time.
I know you’ve said you learn better in the classroom but are you familiar with the champions live? Is this something new they have? I’m wondering if this would be equivalent to the classroom setting since it’s live. Any advice?
Champions in my opinion is really good. They are very organized. I passed the state and national on the first attempt not hard at all if you take the practice exams and study your vocabulary consistently. My first year was a learning curve, understanding what systems you need to have in place, what type of clients to work with, training understanding how to select a brokerage etc. I learned that you need a plan of action prior to getting licensed or even starting the courses. I hope that helps.
@@realestatesay It definitely helps, thank you. I have a brokerage in mind, they have a lot of training available, I’m even considering applying to them while I’m in school. How has real estate been this past year?
@@realestatesay Can you give an example of a plan of action? I am planning on taking the course this week. Also how long did it take you to pass all the courses?

@@realestatesay In fairness, we're in a pandemic. So everyone's pocket books are not like before. where can I purchase the flashcards? Thank you for the video on ch 4 Section 1 right now :)
The flash cards are usually for sale at the champions school. I’m sure you can also purchase from champions online
Thank you. Great information
I appreciate the feedback
How much to barrow those cards for 6 weeks?
How long does it take to get your real estate license through the Champions School of Real Estate and is it longer online?
Definitely faster at champions! You can finish in as little as 6 weeks.
any recommendations for someone who doesn’t live near a campus? I was thinking the online correspondence.
Online for sure
How are you doing in real state sales now ?? Update are you better off now ?
Without purchasing the course itself, can I purchase the six books required for the TREC courses such as "Principles of real estate 1"?
Yea on there website
Very helpful! Great video 👍🏽
How big was the time n class
Hey there did you notice on the exam if they were the questions from the prep book or way different?
I just signed up and had to do the online due to COVID-19. What do you recommend starting with and ending with when it comes to courses.
