I wouldn't wear any modern performance shoes for a purpose outside of their intended use. I used to wear running shoes all day long and developed significant plantar fasciitis pain and replaced them with retro basketball shoes and the pain went away
It depends on pace of your walks. For slow walking and standing in long lines. firm shoes are better, If you walk fast, then get soft, rocking motion shoes.
I have found New Balance probably makes the best recovery shoes, brooks the best race day (the glycerins are insane) and Nike the best trainer, like the react or invincible
Thank you Dr. Zach. Best running shoes for whole day walking/standing next, please?
This please, for someone who's commute everyday to and from work and run on the weekend 😁
