They are private and secluded private penthouse suites… if you have ever stayed in penthouses… you know that you may ALOT EXTRA for the extra features that they have.. not just for the luxury rooms themselves & the fact they are on the top floors.. but they are often accessed by private elevators at times & you need seperate key cards or codes to get up there….. And just remember.. these were the same penthouses Johnny was paying for in full, she did not pay a single dime to live there… she was cheating on him with multiple men and possibly even women in these amazing penthouse suites rent free while he was probably filming on location making money that she would also later spend on herself.. I recently got out of relationship like this. You put up with them because you love them, they put on a nice face so you think they are a good person and you exercise patience. You think things will change. Then when you start picking up on this stuff they react violently and will make it seem like it’s your fault. That you’re an awful person and that you just don’t care enough for them. They make it seem like they care more about you than you do about them. Then you think you’re the problem, so you try to fix everything about yourself, but to do so you end up having to be exactly what they want you to be and what they can control. If you take one step outside of that to be yourself they repeat the fight cycle of belittling you, throwing tantrums, and coasting you with threats. I was lucky to catch on but I was late and it cost me most the friends I had already. She didn’t want me to have friends. To think I almost married her too, I would have probably been in JD’s shoes.

Depp owned all the penthouse apartments. He could have put cameras there, but he wanted privacy for himself and his friends. You can clearly see that Heard places something at the bottom of the elevator panel, most likely a key card or something similar, meaning only people who lived in the penthouses had access to the top level. Depp didn't think he needed security from his friends and family.

They are private and secluded private penthouse suites… if you have ever stayed in penthouses… you know that you may ALOT EXTRA for the extra features that they have.. not just for the luxury rooms themselves & the fact they are on the top floors.. but they are often accessed by private elevators at times & you need seperate key cards or codes to get up there…..

I recently got out of relationship like this. You put up with them because you love them, they put on a nice face so you think they are a good person and you exercise patience. You think things will change. Then when you start picking up on this stuff they react violently and will make it seem like it’s your fault. That you’re an awful person and that you just don’t care enough for them. They make it seem like they care more about you than you do about them. Then you think you’re the problem, so you try to fix everything about yourself, but to do so you end up having to be exactly what they want you to be and what they can control. If you take one step outside of that to be yourself they repeat the fight cycle of belittling you, throwing tantrums, and coasting you with threats. I was lucky to catch on but I was late and it cost me most the friends I had already. She didn’t want me to have friends. To think I almost married her too, I would have probably been in JD’s shoes.

You can clearly see that Heard places something at the bottom of the elevator panel, most likely a key card or something similar, meaning only people who lived in the penthouses had access to the top level. Depp didn't think he needed security from his friends and family.
