Was a student at Ntare 1978 to 1979.Mbarara has changed a lot. City authorities should plant trees and flower gardens to beautify the city.The place looks like a city in the Sahel!

Mbarara has very nice new structures, but in terms of Planning, infrastructure and size jinja is way beyond it, no comparison needed even, Jinja is just to big with so many hotels and industries, green everywhere security lights on all streets

Yeah people confuse biggest and busiest. When a city is busy it develops so fast. Jinja, Mbale,Arua and Gulu are busy too but so scartered making making them look big but but development is at a slow late, but all are promising.
