FIFA on PC can have better (more apparent) goal net physics by changing locale.ini file. Here is a video about it th-cam.com/video/oMnc0-lw0wk/w-d-xo.html I assume it's not enabled by default because it can lead to bugs and instabilities.

Imported this for my Japanese PS2 day 1 and the nets were truly amazing but gameplay just couldn't compete with winning eleven.
